Jan 19,2019Finding a flexible lender with creative option in mind is very difficult. I'm lucky to find Martha and her lender through the local REI meeting. The documents requirement were not overly excessively picky nor restricted. Although processing was quick and smooth, it is not very friendly to beginner investor like myself. The real estate investing jargons the lender's side used were completely new to beginner investor. I had a lot of times where I missed understood of what they expected me to do, but Martha was on it and clarified quickly. Hope, they would clarify things specifically in details would be better. However, I would definitely recommend this lender to anyone that wanted to do creative loan option.
