I had the great experience of working with Marshall Jones at Civic and his amazing team there. The experience was great and i would highly recommend them. We closed on time and got my client exactly what was promised on day 1.

I would give Cameron 5 stars if I could. He works hard, tries to stay ahead of the game, communicates well with everyone on the team to keep things rolling. He is great to work with very patience with educating on things I wasn’t familiar with. Since the rating is based on Civic as a whole I gave 4 stars only due to the timing of the underwriters to review and approve. I understand it was the holiday, but each extended day costed money per day. However, I would definitely use Civic again because Cameron is a go getter and harder worker.

I would recommend Civic Financial Services to any investor looking for an investor friendly loan. I worked with Kevin Victoria and from the start he said what he could do, when he could do it and how much it would cost, as an investor that's all the information that I need to make an informed decision. Kevin made the process simple because he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it ! I'll use Civic Financial Services again in the future and i'd recommend them to other investors.

This was the loan from hell, borrower bought from auction.com sellers kept changing things from start to finish. Civic handled it without any problems. Melissa Salinas kept me updated and was as professional as any A/E I have ever worked with. I will make melissa and Civic my lender of choice for now on.
