Dec 01,2018Nathan was very responsive he did a great work my only problem was with the BPO company it took for ever to get back the report after Civic got back the reports than everyone was perfect to handle the file they done great work from the account manager to everyone I was very pleased wilh Al of them keep up the good work it took 3 days to close the transaction WOW I have been developing over 25 years this is one of fastest time to close a loan Thanks

Our broker Blake Rogers agreed to meet us in person and we were very impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness, honesty, and genuine understanding of what WE needed, and try to work with that. We were on a tight timeline and closed in about 2 weeks after we made final decision to move forward! Blake Rodgers and Jeremy Soldate were lightning fast and always available - how refreshing! Great overall experience working with Civic and will definitely be doing business with them again!
