Nov 09,2018We were told the loan would close in 7-10 days, but it took longer than 3 weeks. They also came back many times asking for the same things we had already sent in - very frustrating. Also, it was not spelled out on some items they wanted and caused quite a bit of confusion. Would have been helpful if they had returned phone calls instead of sending the same emails over and over.

Nov 02,2018If every transaction is easy, then everyone would have been doing real estate investment. Getting funding for Ahaolelo Road was no different. We were placed in a very challenging position where our 15k EMD was about to be forfeited due fraudulent second lien position. Though it was very difficult to move forward after our business account was place on hold, we were able to persevere and close a week a half later. Cameron played a key role in making that happen.

Nov 01,2018I can't tell you how happy I am to work with Civic. My previous broker took over 2 months to close a simple deal. Civic closed this in a week and a half. I will absolutely use them in for my next transaction!!

Oct 21,2018I understood that Civic was a hard money lender but when I started to send in the documents, it was more like a B/C lender asking for way too much for the terms and interest rate that the Client ended up with. I could have taken the loan to others with less hassle and work on my part if I had known of all the hoops I would be jumping through with my Client.. Thank you.

Oct 20,2018We’ve had issue after issue, but Eric kept us going with his positive attitude. Paul went out of his way to make sure that we were looked after and felt genuinely bad for the delay. After all was said and done we closed today and all is well.
