Feb 22,2022As a retired Civil Servant I am insured with CSIS. I have my car insurance and home insurance with CSIS and hope to have my Travel Insurance with them in the near future. I do find the difference in cost with CSIS and other insurance companies is now very close. It would be good if there was a discount if you had home insurance and car insurance with them and a further discount if you had also Travel insurance with them. Thankfully I have never made a claim against any of these items. I have found CSIS staff very helpful and friendly.

Feb 22,2022The customer service operator who helped me with my car insurance was very well trained and alert to new possibilities as she answered all of my enquiries accurately and professionally! She could not pick all of this up through training but through finding out the answers to customers question by researching or asking colleagues. A top rated experience which I will not hesitate to let friends and colleagues know about!

Feb 22,2022It was easy to renew my house and contents insurance. One phone call did it. The price was competative, I had some quotes from the internet, and I knew that if necessary CSIS would try to price match, but it was not needed, the difference would not have paid for a postage stamp.
