Mar 01,2022Civil Service Insurance appointed Zurich to handle a storm damage claim. Zurich appointed Prism Network. Prism did considerable damage to conservatory that has cost me a considerable sum to rectify and there is still evidence of water penetration. I have rejected a proposal to share my costs with Zurich. The matter should have been settled. It is now with Ombudsman. I do not know what influence CSIS have with Zurich, but I have changed my cover.
