Jan 25,2022Phoned to add my son to my wifes insurance. Once through, the person who dealt with me, after undertaking security checks and speaking to my wife, arranged for me to be listed as authorised contact for her insurance. She arranged for me to have a call back to deal with my query which came within the hour. Again the agent was helpful and friendly and my son was easily and quickly added to the insurance and the paperwork/conformation sent immediately by email. Great job thank you.

Jan 25,2022The prices for my three forms of insurance seem very competitive, and are especially good considering my age (78). Service is generally efficient and personal. Occasionally it has been difficult to establish from the numbers given which of the three policies is referred to in correspondence.
