Jan 24,2022Helpful advice on the phone when considering a new travel policy. No pressure to initiate the policy earlier than required, and prompt follow-up on dates agreed. Sensible approach to pre-existing medical conditions for European travel, and policy pricing seems to be competitive.

Jan 24,2022I have placed all my insurance requirements with CSIS (house, cars and travel) for several years now and they have always been helpful and efficient. We are now making a claim arising out of illness whilst abroad and received a query from the claims handlers ETI Services wanting proof of our cover. Their email arrived when we were away from home on 23rd November, so we asked CSIS to confirm to ETI that we were covered, which they did immediately - splendid service. We wish that we could say the same for ETI, who have been sitting on our claim for six weeks without even an acknowledgment and then, on 18th January asked us once again for confirmation of cover, almost two months after they had received this information from yourselves - we are distinctly unimpressed with ETI, who seem determined to delay any settlement! We hope that you may be able to let ETI know how dissatisfied we are with their performance to save us having to lodge a formal complaint against them.

So much more simple than the "BIG COMPANY'S" policies that want/need to know the ins and outs of your life times health conditions which is impossible to remember. The simple no cover; if your Doctor says you can't fly, covers every base.

Jan 24,2022It is always an easy process to renew. Have found when renewing our car insurance that it was very competitive and the price increase was minimal. As we are not going abroad this year, we did not renew our travel policy.

Jan 21,2022On Wednesday 5-1-2022 I had reason to contact you regarding a leak I had found, it has made a stain on my front room ceiling, your agent assured me that I would have someone contact me within 24-48 hours? TEN DAYS later on Saturday 15 at 10.45 am I was contacted by one of your agents, at the time I was unable to converse due to being up a ladder, I said to your agent I will phone him back, on trying to contact him I find he's used a blocking number, ie 0141. I do not think this is even near exceptable even with ( covid precautions ) considered. NOT HAPPY!

Jan 24,2022We had a major water leak which was dealt with promptly and efficiently with as little as possible disruption. The insurance society provided the company to deal with drying out our home and then a company to put everything back to normal. Courtesy telephone calls were made along the way to make sure we were as happy as could be under the circumstances.
