Jul 16,2019NO NOT USE!!! bathroom wall panels were delivered to my house. 9 days later my builder went to install and 2 panels were delivered damaged. The company will not collect them and refund me my money. They are refusing any refund, even though the panels have not been used.

Jul 09,2019I order some bathroom panel. On the delivery day I received a text saying my order will be deliver between 12 to 2pm ( around this time ) at 10 am someone knock on the door and my order arrive early. The delivery man was very lucky to find me at home. Im not sure why they send text message with time slot if they come early. Parcel sign, and and when come the day to instal the bathroom panel one of the panel was damage. So we contacted the company to get the panel change but unfortunately they refuse and the reason why is because we sign for it and we didn't check on the day with the delivery man... I learn my lesson and I will make sure to check every delivery I receive.

Aug 09,2019Ordering and delivery processes were excellent. Ceiling panels look great now they are installed, but the wall panels are waiting to be fitted until the bathroom suite has been updated.
