To me they are one of the best companies out there the customer service is a huge help they'll work with you every step of the way and they're by your side helping you out answering all of your questions any questions you have I'm very satisfied with this company I'm very excited for my shipment to come and I know clearit USA is with me every step of the way thanks again

This was my first import from China and to be honest I was clueless as to the process. Everyone that I spoke with through the chat was extremely helpful and polite. I researched several companies before choosing this one, due to my analyst OCD....lol, but I couldn't have made a better choice. I have yet to open my shipment but thats not relevant. The staff at clearit did EVERYTHING they took responsibility for and often went above and beyond. Definitely my choice for all other imports in the future!!!

Live Help for customer service and communication on the web portal is very slow. They do not answer the phone either.

I had a large purchase imported from China that I agreed to pick up from the seaport not knowing all that was involved in doing so. I had no clue where to begin or who to ask for help. Then I found Clearit USA and they really took care of me. I was so lost without them. Thanks Clearit USA! You guys rock!

I was a first time importer from another country for commerce and Clearit was a real sanity saver. I submitted a question on a weekend when they are closed and I still received an answer anyway. That's GREAT customer service.

At first Clearit USA was fast responding with my questions and I explained that this was my first time ever dealing with customs and importing goods. Long story made short, Clearit USA was taking 24 hours or more to respond to my questions. Clearit USA did NOT have any type of checklist of what would be needed by me and they did NOT tell me what they needed unless I asked a lot of questions. The ONLY documents that Clearit USA upfront told me about is the ones for Power of Attorney and that took 3 attempts because they had technical issues where part of my POA forms showed up blank. Because they did not tell me what forms I needed (proof if EIN) until I asked questions because the air port called me that my goods are there to be picked up (I made 2 trips because Clearit USA did not respond in time when I asked the first time does this mean I can pick up my cargo). Customs told me that Clearit USA did not file paper work and I could not pick up my cargo. It took 6 more days to get Clearit USA to FINALLY tell me that they need proof for my EIN before they can file. The air port charged me $700 in storage fees because Clearit USA did not do their job properly and I could not pick up my cargo.

No custom broker, No time to file essential documents. I had one day left before my shipiment leaves china, I was not able to finish ISF filing. thanks to clearit USA with in 2 hours I recieved an email with the reciept, and all my documents uploaded My ISF application completed. Thanks Clear USA, with out your help I could have penalized for late filling.
