Oct 21,2023As a first-time, private individual, many of the terms used in the online document requests are unfamiliar. Plus, one has to provide tax ID numbers and power of attorney. So, high risk identity information, plus the unfamiliar terms for shipping documents make the process scary. The potential for errors is high, along with costs and time delay. There was no information to guide first time users. In the end, my shipment arrived as expected.

Oct 17,2023I am a first time user. I was a bit concerned not being able to speak directly with a person by phone, however once I navigated thru the required documents the entry went very smoothly. I could not locate a blank commercial invoice form to fill out for this shipment on the web site. Something you might want to consider. My shipment was a bit unusual as the items being imported into the USA were going to be serviced and returned to me in Canada.
