What I loved most is that they have a system of messenger where things are clearly organized and responded fast. They were also kind enough to find the cheaper solutions wherever possible even though I wasn't aware of it. Overall they were great.

Apr 25,2019Clearit USA was a good experience, online; however, I found communicating with my rep., a bit of a challenge. I am a Customs broker, so most of the questions posed did not pertain to me, but to my customer and there was no option to either amend or change the answers to reflect my company's information properly. I completed the info as best as possible, but it was not always correct. I felt a bit frustrated and lost when I needed answers and had to go through an app to get it and could not via direct email or a simple phone call. Personal touch was lost and I was not totally comfortable. I am still waiting on a CBP7501 on the shipment in question. I was told to wait 5 days before it is printed, but I have yet to see it in my email, as requested, as of this morning. My initial consult with Clearit USA, prior to this time, was pleasant, informative and speedy as opposed to this time via the dashboard that has been set up.

Apr 10,2019As a small business new to importing, we were caught flat-footed when our first shipment arrived at JFK and we needed to clear it through customs the same day. We had no idea what we were doing, we needed a customs broker and found Clearit USA online. They made the process very easy. We submitted our documents online and they handle the rest, include the bonds, fees and broker check we needed to pay the airport authority and freight forwarder. Communication via their online chat was excellent. Our shipment was cleared within a hour of submitting documents and ClearIt prepared all the additional paperwork we needed for pick-up.

Apr 04,2019Had no idea what a customs broker was until UPS called me. They said I needed one to clear a piece of furniture I bought from the UK. All I had was a sale receipt.. which I didn’t think was enough. Well ClearItUSA took care of the rest. One day after I reached out to them the desk was cleared, and I didn’t have to do anything. It was like magic. Also, the brokers were very attentive, patient, and understanding. What an easy thing it turned to be, and totally worth the money too.
