Getting my vehicle cleared through Customs was a hassle to say the least. Clearit assisted me from start to finish, and even advised to call them while I was at the customs office of I ran into any problems. Very professional, kind, knoeledgable, and an all around pleasure to deal with. And an extra special thank you to Leigh, Stacey, and everyone who assisted me with getting the docs I needed to clear my vehicle... A+++!!! THANK YOU...😊

I was in a jam, and had products stuck at the US border because I needed a Importer of Record, which I did not know about. I emailed Clearit USA and they got back to very quickly. They were able to get my shipment cleared relatively fast, and I was able to get my shipment delivered. I honestly want to thank Stacey Cox and her team for doing such a great job.

As someone who was new to business and new to shipping across the border I found this company's assistance was immensely helpful and easy to follow. The online format was also a great real time platform to communicate with an agent. The prompt replies and helpful hints and tips were refreshing. Added to this was the personal touch when an agent went above and beyond and gave their personal cell phone number just as added comfort in the event I was not able to complete everything on time. Finally, the price was "priceless" and very competitive. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs this service!

They could not have been more helpful.Explained everything upfront. Four stars because they offered to quote me shipping and when I took them up on it they could not.. Had to wait until notice comes that it landed at port. WHY offer a service that they cannot fulfill at that time.

There were a number of frustrations using Clearit USA. The instant messenger customer service was nice to have, but while the window stated the staff typically replies within a few minutes, on more than one occasion it was well over 45 minutes or more. When dealing with someone named Stacey via email, the responses were often (but not always slow). At one point she was sent the requested information on a Sunday evening. We did not hear from her until I emailed her on Tuesday, late morning. At that, her response was that they still needed something translated. So we literally wasted the entire day on Monday and almost half of a day on Tuesday before we found out what was needed. This is really unacceptable to have so much time wasted. Now I understand she was likely busy, but I should not have had to follow up like that just to get a response. My having to follow up happened on more than one occasion, my shipper also had to follow up. The communication in this regard was very poor. I was also not expecting the price tag that we were hit with, nothing in the sign up nor documentation led me to believe the costs would be what they were. If it wasn't absolutely necessary, I would have gone with another agency that was less expensive. Now we have had other friends who used your services without a problem. At this point, however, I could never recommend using Clearit USA to anyone unless they want hassles, slow or even lack of communication, and delays in receiving their shipments.
