May 25,2019Unreliable agent. You will have to do more work than having to go with a traditional customs broker. Clearit USA did not notify me of the arrival of my merchandise to my final destination. They also lied to me saying that my shipment was cleared, when in fact, was missing a release form. The only positive outcome is that I now know more about ocean freight and the docs required - I would be able to start my own, more reliable online agent.

I was so new to it all and I was able to create an account so easily, chat with someone about what to do and what forms to fill out and upload, and I cannot say enough how helpful these customer reps on chat were for a newbie like me. I absolutely recommend this company. Things were simple and to the point. They were able to help with everything and explain how things work so I know for future reference. Thank you so much!

May 18,2019I was a first time user of the service and mystified, dazed and confused. I could not communicate well with Clearit and had to pry information out of them. My shipment arrived and I had to track it down myself. After paying an initial fee and thinking it was all paid, I got 3 additional charges, two of which I didn't know about until after I received the cargo. Clearit may be the best company, but how would I know? This is my only experience. They may be the worst company.
