Cearit customer service is amazing: Give them a ten star. This was my first experience with shipping to the US. Very easy I must say. I was the go between for the client as they were not able to communicate by email. I spoke to Jesse most of the time and he was not only patient with me everything was done in a timely manor. Was recommended to use Clearit USA by my shipper as this was my first freight shipment from Canada to the USA. Never will I make this mistake again. Upon opening a 'ticket' I was given multiple different answers to my questions, some of them receiving no answers. Ended up having to do most of the work myself. - i.e contact the carrier and let them know where to send the PAPS. One person would tell me one thing another something different. You think you're chatting with one person but its really the whole team. Ended up paying $300cad and the duties charge was only $50usd, I called and asked for a breakdown of my receipt since they only sent me a unjustified total. -They quickly rambled off certain things that they charged me for and told me to have a good day.. - I essentially paid $200 for me to clear my own package. Live and learn. - Buyer beware, you're better off just doing it yourself -this outfit is a joke.

The only complaint is the response times, however, that does not mean there were no quick responses with the live chat. But it is the first live chat with a business that actually works and the people helping are really nice and informative for someone who had no clue what they were doing regarding freight shipment across seas, customs, and delivery.
