May 04,2024I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle McGrath, Senior Legal Claims Advisor. My case was previously being handled by a firm that had gone into administration. That firm had taken 5 years without successfully completing the case. Michelle took this over and satisfactorily concluded it in 4 months. She was great with regular communications and ensured I understood exactly what was happening at all times. I would highly recommend her.
