Aug 04,2022I understand now from reading other trust pilot reviews there has been nothing but bad experiences with Mike Ventella. He could not care less about my circumstances, my previous file handler Stephen Risby who sadly left was fantastic and actually cared for what I was going through and acted on everything I requested and did what was morally right as a pose to bending over and siding with the defendants solicitors. My 13 year old dog still has nowhere to live and is staying in my car whilst I am in a hotel but Mike seems to believe that is acceptable.
