The solicitor who handled my claim is called Peter Bowen-Walker,and to say he is a amazing solicitor would be an understatement.He was there to provide support in anyway that required,from ofcourse doing his job properly,to securing interim payments,helping me get more medical care,getting the settlement I wanted and even personal advice..The patience he had with me was especially note worthy(the accident caused me to experience brain trauma),and never once did i feel rushed or uncomfortable with Peter...I would highly recommend Peter when dealing with a road traffic accident and Clearlaw

Dec 31,2022I would avoid this company at all costs. They pick and choose the easiest creditors you have previously had by a simple case of emailing then hound you for the money owed to them within 4days of accepting the claim. You can do this same service by using the ombudsman for free and don’t lose a penny of what you are owed.. basically they claim money off money entitled to you by simply applying the same techniques a free service offers you. Then bully you into paying them. The minute they realise you are owed money you are no longer a client you are a cash cow to their unlawful ways. Do not be fooled. As i have learned the hard way. They just become another debt off of your own debt.

After taking it on from a company who told me I would loose and wasn't worth claiming for, I've not accepted a settlement offer right before Christmas! It's been a long process and I was kept informed all the way through and John Rimmer has been great help and informative throughout the claim. Feb 11,2023I would be very carful with this company.. I've received an annual account summary from Novitas loan company that supported a loan claim from 2017 and finished in 2019 and this company are still claiming money in my name without my knowledge.
