Feb 19,2023I had an amazing experience with clinichub, from the moment I arrived until I left I had great care. Communication was very good there was always somebody at hand to respond back to me help was always available, everyday after surgery I was being checked on in my hotel room numerous times throughout the day. I think aftercare is very important after surgery and clinichub do an incredible job with that! Thankyou Clinichub for a wonderful experience I cannot wait to be back in the future, Thankyou to the team at Clinichub Dr Hasan amazing surgeon, the nurses, Postop doctors, Ozge, Miray, Celine, and all the others!

Feb 19,2023The quality and consistency of care, professionalism and treatment that Clinichub has provided has really exceeded any expectations I had prior to coming to Istanbul for my rhinoplasty. Every step of the way I have been supported in every way possible, from the actual surgery right till the end before my flight - and no request was ever silly, e.g. I couldn’t drink properly after surgery so I requested straws which I was provided with and if any of the original medications you are provided with do not relieve the issue, then they will provide a different one until your issue is resolved. Clinichub and everyone in the team truly goes above and beyond for their patients, i’d like to give a *special* shoutout to, FAHAD (my original whatsapp co-ordinator who worked incredibly hard to get me a date in 2023 with Dr Yusuf/You), ALINA (from patient relations, who was there to support at every step and ensured I had no questions left unanswered, she was incredibly supportive and suggested some amazing places to visit!), SILA (who was with me right before my surgery, an incredible lady with an easy going personality who calmed my nerves as I was in the hospital by myself, thank you so much as you have no idea how much I needed our chat, it completely took my mind off the surgery), and lastly, additional mentions include OZGE, MIRAY, the numerous different nurses and post op doctors I saw on a daily basis who were all so so lovely. Genuinely did not have one bad experience with anyone from clinichub, their team are all stars ⭐️ Although Dr You’s work speaks volumes for itself, i’d like to use this review to reinforce his amazing work. I had previous filler and was told by multiple surgeons that the top of my nose (radix) had been expanded due to the filler and could not be reduced in surgery which would result in a nose that did not look too slender. However Dr You worked especially hard with my nose, took an extra hour during the surgery solely to remove all the filler buildup in my radix to reduce the size of that area to give me my dream nose. This was something that he absolutely did not need to do, but did simply to achieve the best results for me and my happiness, and this means the world to me. This attitude, his incredible work and all the positive reviews about Dr You are what made me fly out to Turkey for my rhinoplasty to begin with and throughout my entire stay I could not have been happier with my decision. Though my nose is still very swollen and it will be a while till I can see the final results, I am very happy with what I have seen so far! Dr You is very realistic and as a ENT surgeon places your safety, breathing and structure of the nose above everything else, which is why I felt so safe and confident letting him permanently change my face (even before I met him!) I’m not usually one to write reviews (especially not one’s this long!) but I think it’s so important for someone considering surgery, especially for something on their face, to have reviews and information from previous patients of a company. Overall, Clinichub truly has set the bar high, and I would 10/10 recommend them and Dr Yusuf Orhan Uçal/Dr You to anyone considering a rhinoplasty. Thank you again to everyone! Feb 18,2023Clinichub were absolutely excellent. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend. Everything went very smoothly and I felt very looked after. Alina was absolutely amazing, so helpful and informative. She kept me up to date constantly with that was happening. She was also very friendly and made me feel at ease as I was nervous. Dr Emrah Celik did my surgery, he was realistic and listened to what I wanted. I am very pleased with the results. He's a fantastic surgeon who highly recommend ...

Feb 17,2023I arrived on the 16th of February, we got to the hospital and they started tests not even up to 6 hours of arrival they told me I tested positive for covid. Okay what happens now? She said I need to go to a hotel and I said ‘to isolate?’ She said ‘no to book your return ticket?’ ‘Can I not isolate till I test negative and have the surgery? I have spent so much to get here’. She said no cause they require me to isolate for 6 WEEKS before I can do the surgery. No empathy. They don’t care. She said she will get someone to come in and remove my cannula and walked out! From that moment on I was treated like an highly infected animal. I waited up to an hour for a lady to come in and pour saline all over my arm and it stung my cannula sight. I immediately pulled my arm away in pain but she said something in Turkish and grabbed my arm. I was taken to a hotel and messaged on whatsapp by clinichub that it would cost me €60 per night at my own cost. I immediately started booking a ticket back to London. I arrived at the hotel the hotel staff were horrible ASIA CITY HOTEL Istanbul, I wouldn’t say racist but as if they had never seen a black girl before. The male at the desk asked have I got covid I said yes and he said ‘sit down’ and pointed at a chair by the door. I managed to book a flight and informed clinic hub that I would like to wait in the airport rather than here. After about an hour and a half they picked me up again and dropped me at the airport. £2000 I was refunded £1100. New Plane ticket £200, initial ticket and return £379 all wasted. I was exhausted I didn’t even get to sleep just went to Turkey for a shower, blood test and PCR. And back on the plane again. BEWARE! there covid policy is incorrect they won’t put you in to isolation they will get u out of the hospital ASAP! Like vermin they don’t care. This is 2023 nhs surgeries do not require covid tests anymore. I work in a hospital covid swab clinics are being closed. Thieves!!!

Feb 17,2023I felt assisted and reassured by Clinichub from the moment I first made contact with their team. Yetkin was my co-ordinator, he managed the early stages of my booking and surgery date very well. There was a small miscommunication regarding my hotel stay but this was remedied so quickly by their operations team, thank you to Alina who contributed to fixing this so swiftly. Special mention to Communication Specialists Özge and Miray who ultimately fixed the hotel situation. They were both very kind and accessible whenever I needed further help/information surrounding the hotel stay, my flight delays, transportation and just the whole process overall I’m very grateful for how responsive they were, made me feel really looked after! Dr Emrah Çelik was my surgeon for my rhinoplasty procedure and I can’t commend his work enough. He’s highly professional and awesome. I am very happy with my results and I felt listened to by himself and his team both during my consultation prior to the surgery and afterwards. The Clinichub aftercare I received in the hotel following my procedure was brilliant. The nurses were attentive and warm which made the first week of recovery a lot more manageable. A final special mention to Vilma from Clinichub Patient Relations. Vilma consistently checked in on me during my recovery, she’s one of the most welcoming yet professional people I’ve ever met and went above beyond in not only ensuring that my aftercare and recovery was going smoothly but also making sure that my Mum was well too during our stay in Istanbul. Thank you Vilma!! Overall I want to say a big thank you to the Clinichub team, I really appreciate how positive you made my surgery experience.

Feb 16,2023I had a BBL and liposuction upper arms and upper back. Dr Burak did the surgery and I am So happy that I did choose him. He is the best! Happy with the results and dr Burak never left me. Even when I got to the hotel he came every single to check on me. So big thanks to him and to ozge and miray who helped me a lot and answered Al my questions after the surgery. And a special thanks to a very very sweet nurse who did my massage and helped me a lot and was so nice to me is Sena. All of them are nice. Sometimes hard to communicate because some of them don’t speak English, but they try to comfort you either way.

Feb 14,2023I loved my experience with Clinichub. I think everything went really well and all the coordinators and nurses and doctors were really helpful. The communication was very good most of the time. There was a lot of information that I was given which helped make my experience safe and helpful. I would like to thank Berfin as well because she made the experience homely and helped with a lot of the information even outside of the surgery such as tourist places and restaurants and transportation.

Feb 14,2023While researching rhinoplasty surgeons in Turkey, I came across Dr. Samil Sahin’s profile. After many internet searches, I was incredibly impressed by his work provided on his Instagram and came across a support group of other girls who chose Dr. Sahin for their rhinoplasty. I quickly discovered the countless excellent reviews and decided to contact ClinicHub for more information through WhatsApp. It’s here where I was met the ever so caring coordinator Meriç. After submitting a file, Meriç provided me with every single detail possible. They would answer the million questions I would have so quickly and it was always their pleasure to assist me. I am from the US and finding flights and booking specific dates was a bit difficult. Meriç went out of their way to book me the specific date that I wanted. I have never experienced speaking with a coordinator (whom I’ve never physically met!) who cared as much as Meriç did. They truly made my entire experience the best possible and I can’t thank them enough. The next wonderful communication coordinators I interacted with were Özge and Miray. They constantly were informing of every step of my itinerary. From coordinating my transportation, to checking in on me every day, they both made the entire process super organized and efficient. They made sure that if I had any concerns or questions that someone was there to help me and I thank them both immensely for that. My hospital coordinator whom I met in person was Okyanus. She was super nice and she helped me with signing my contracts and payment prior to the surgery. She was super sweet and even sent me my table photos after the surgery. She taught me how to say thank you in Turkish which was a great way to show my gratitude to the entire hospital staff as they were one of the best I’ve ever interacted with. The nurses would check on me constantly and if I had any problems, for example, I felt pain in my nose after surgery, they gave me pain meds to ease the pain. They really made me comfortable for a major surgery which can be stressful and scary but I knew I was in good hands. Next is Alina in patient relations whom I met at the hotel. Alina helped me communicate with the hotel nurses and doctor when at times they would not respond. She gave me excellent recommendations for shopping, eating and experiencing Turkey once I felt better post operation. She was incredibly nice and checked on me every day, I really felt cared for in her presence! The hotel food was not the best, I will say. We did not use the free breakfast as it was not good at all. But luckily, Istanbul has some incredible restaurants that we went to. Finally, the results! Dr. Sahin absolutely exceeded my expectations. He gave me the natural look I wanted and fixed all the issues I was concerned with. He is truly an incredibly surgeon and I recommend him to anyone for rhinoplasty. The first 3 days were tough, but every day I feel better and know I’m once day closer to getting that perfect nose I’ve always wanted. Choosing ClinicHub has been the best decision I have made for my rhinoplasty and I have absolutely no regrets! Thank you so much to the entire staff as they truly made my experience once in a lifetime!

Feb 10,2023I had my rhinoplasty done last week in Istanbul with Dr Mustafa, I was very anxious at first about flying down to get a procedure done but the company gave me reassurance through every step of the way. The operation was a success and the nurses and hotel doctors were there to check up on me everyday. The hotel was in a nice location away from all the tourists which was perfect for my recovery period. Sadly the weather wasn’t so great so I couldn’t do much sight seeing but I will definitely return for another visit! Overall my experience was definitely a 5/5 And I would like to thank Mirey & Ozge for arranging everything & Dr Mustafa for his hard work🙏 & The whole Clinichub team for giving me the courage to go forward with this life changing decision. I can’t wait to see how my nose heals in the process! Definitely recommend!

Feb 10,2023I had my surgery on the 25th of January, we arrived in Istanbul on the 24th in the evening and were taken to the hospital where we were welcomed by a beautiful and kind young woman named Elif and she couldn't have treated us better. The nurses were impeccable from start to finish. I had to have a blood transfusion which freaked me out as I had never done it before and because of the risks that could occur but Elif was impeccable in making me more comfortable so once again Elif thank you so much for being who you are, I hope you stay that way sweet. a special thanks also to Miray and Ozge who were very helpful in answering and solving my questions. Thank you to all the staff at the clinic, they were all very attentive and professional.

Feb 10,2023Really great experience with the entire Clinic Hub team from the moment I touched down in Istanbul to the moment I left. The coordinators - namely, Berfin, Ozge, Miray, and Zeynep - were all quick to respond and helpful in the information they provided. Berlin especially was very sweet and ensured that we could call her while out exploring the city if we had any questions or concerns. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating to my needs after the surgery. I will say that communication with the nurses in the hospital following surgery was probably the biggest issue I experienced during my stay, but that was usually fixed quickly with the help of Google Translate. On the other hand, the nurses at the hotel once I was discharged from the hospital were awesome and incredibly attentive. Further, the doctor who made rounds to the hotel rooms everyday was amazing (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was younger with glasses and spoke English perfectly). I had a slight panic attack the day after surgery, but her reassurance did wonders in helping me to calm down. Finally, my experience with Dr. Uçal was exceptional. I know he does a lot of Barbie noses that look amazing for other women, but I wanted something more straight and natural for my face (for reference, I had a large dorsal hump, a bulbous and drooping tip, and an extremely deviated septum). When I expressed my desire for a natural nose rather than a Barbie nose, he was in agreement and was more than willing to look at reference pictures I provided as well as listen to me describe what I think should be fixed. What I liked most about him is that he wasn’t afraid to tell me what he thought was doable as well as what he thought would look unnatural for my face. One of the pictures he said was absolutely doable and the other he said would look fake on my face (to be fair, he was definitely correct). Further, he agreed with all of my concerns about what could be fixed but when I expressed that I thought my nose was over-projected, he disagreed and told me that he wouldn’t de-project my nose as it would look unnatural. I’m a little over two weeks post-op today and still very swollen (as expected - it is often said that swelling can last up to a year past the operation date). However, I’m already in love with my side profile compared to my previous one. I can’t wait for the swelling to go down so I can love my front profile as well, but I know that it’s just a waiting game at this point. I will update again with how my results turn out in one year! Feb 10,2023The pre-op and post-op help was amazing! Every day the nurses came to check on me, they checked my blood pressure, gave me bandages and helped me where help was needed! Ozge and Miray are amazing, I would recommend Clinichub to everyone who thinks about rhinoplasty!

As you know the recovery process from a rhinoplasty is so hard, but all the staff is super attentive, so them make everything easier. Feb 19,2023Had a great overall experience. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Came in and checked up on me throughout the day and at night. Even after I was sent home special thanks to Gul for helping me get a list of medications I needed and explaining when to take how much etc. My airline lost my luggage with all my medications unfortunately but my doctor was able to prescribed me new medication with Gul help! Thanks again to the team that took care of me unfortunately I don't remember everyone's name but each person I interacted with was nice and knowledgeable.
