From the moment I enquired, the team was incredibly responsive and informative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was arranged perfectly from hotel accommodations to airport and clinic transfers. The organisation was seamless, and I never once felt lost or unsure about what was happening. On surgery day, the medical team was professional, compassionate, and reassuring. The doctors and nurses made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I felt confident in their care. Post-op care was outstanding! The nurses were available 24/7, always checking in and making sure I had everything I needed. Their dedication and kindness truly made all the difference in my recovery process. I can’t recommend ClinicHub enough. If you’re considering a procedure, this is the place to go. Professional, caring, and highly organised they exceeded all my expectations!

Feb 12,2025I used clinichub for my rhinoplasty surgery in January (with Dr Erol Ozan). I travelled to Istanbul from London. Clinichub arranged everything I needed for my trip other than flights and food while you’re there (hotel, transfers to and from the airport, the surgery itself, and all post op care). There were no hidden costs, everything came included in my package. I felt that they provided a really great service. It’s all done slightly informally (all communications are via WhatsApp), but I think this is very standard for Turkey. I was quite nervous about travelling and about my surgery, but their service is set up to make sure everything is as easy as possible and you don’t have to worry about anything. I didn’t have any problems communicating with the doctor/nurses/co-ordinators, they all spoke decent English. My co-ordinator, Abir, was really helpful throughout the process and was always good at responding when I messaged her with a question. She came to visit me the morning of my surgery and really put me at ease. The hotel that they booked for me was really nice, my room was very comfortable and also had a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, stove top) so that I could cook if I didn’t want to order food. You can get delivery services (like Getir) right to your hotel room so you don’t have to go down to the lobby to collect food. You also get visited in your hotel room by the nurses and a doctor every day so that they can check your progress and report back any concerns to your surgeon. The post op care was really good. You have to take some medications (painkillers, anti-inflammatories etc) for a week after surgery, clinichub provides all of these at no extra cost. My surgery itself went fine, the surgeon came to visit me beforehand to discuss the results I wanted. I’m only two weeks post-op so I still have a couple of months to wait before the swelling starts to go down and I can see my new nose, but I’m happy with my progress so far. My surgeon, Dr Erol, was very kind, he answered all of my questions and it felt like he listened to what I wanted in terms of my results. Some surgeons just give all of their patients the same nose, but I think Dr Erol works hard to give the patient what they want/a nose that will suit their specific features. He was really helpful in the follow up appointments too.

Feb 10,2025Dr Şamil Şahin and his team were amazing! I went to turkey to do nose rhinoplasty with him, and I must say I was very nervous, as I’ve never left the country & I’ve never had surgery. From the minute I arrived to the clinic , the staff, the nurses, everyone was so welcoming including Dr Samil, they all made me feel so safe and comfortable, I wouldn’t recommend a better Dr and team. My surgery was great , things went well, and I was comfortable through out the whole process leading up to the day I left. Thank you to the Dr & his amazing team !!!!

Feb 07,2025From booking the surgery to the follow up after surgery, everything was easy and smooth. The nurses , the doctor , the hotel staff and everyone I met there was super sweet and nice and considerate, and since I was traveling alone , clinichub told the nurses at the hospital to take extra good care of me, they were bringing me ice every 15 min , they helped change into my Pyjamas… post surgery there were nurses coming 2x a day to my room to check up on me and make sure everything was good. I had no problem with contacting the nurses about any questions. And even when I came back home , I could still contact them about any questions I have. My overall experience was a positive one , my doctor was Samil Sahin.

Feb 06,2025I had the most incredible experience with clinic hub, everything was done so efficiently and Dr eymen has given me a nose I’ll be proud of for the rest of my life. For someone that deals with a lot of health anxiety has no idea why I would go for such a procedure in the first place but I’ve hated my nose from a very young age but have always been very scared to do anything about. The Clinic hub team immediately put my mind at rest and reassured me throughout the whole process from my first online consultation right through until the day of departure back to london and I’m just so happy I went through with it! Best decision of my life! You’re in for a treat guys!! The only regret is not knowing about clinic hub earlier! Thanks so much guys!

Feb 05,2025I had an overall good experience but i will like to add one thing. The Communication factor from the hospital. When we were in the hospital pre op and post op, the nurses were not very communicative. This was my first cosmetic procedure and I was quite nervous and that ‘human’ factor from their behalf was not there (at the beginning). I was lucky enough to travel with my Mom who she was able to assist me in calling the nurses (which sometimes you had to do a couple times for them to come); they were not able to fully understand me but I had my google translator with me, but it was all rush with them. Now, i’m grateful that all the staff members from the company were good professionals, once we’ve got back to the hotel, it started getting better and better. The Clinichub stuff in the hotel were amazing, all of those nurses and members were so nice and friendly and we were able to communicate and express our discomfort or concerns. They provided me with extra supplies when I needed it and they were always there on time willing and able to assist everyone, which is a mayor plus. All the facilities were beautiful (both hospital and hotel). I loved the little activity you guys provided (Turkish coffee) that really helped us out and it was fun as well. We truly enjoyed it. Again, i was nervous bc it is my first procedure/surgery but i loved the fact that there was a Doctor & nurse coming to the room every day to check on us. Overall, good experience. My swelling’s going down and I can not wait to see my nose fully healed😀

From the very beginning, I felt cared for and completely safe. The medical care was outstanding, both in the hospital after the surgery and later at the hotel. The nurses were always available, visiting me regularly to check if everything was okay. Dr. Åžamil Åžahin is an exceptional professional and a truly wonderful person. He is incredibly kind, empathetic, and meticulous in his work. From the first consultation, he gained my full trust, and the results of my surgery exceeded all my expectations. Jan 29,2025Clinichub was amazing from start to finish. Everything was easy and well-organized, and the doctors, nurses, coordinators, and dieticians took great care of me. I can’t recommend them enough! The hospital was very clean, the equipment was modern, and the staff worked hard to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. They gave me medication and supplements to take home, which helped a lot during recovery. After I got home, their aftercare was fantastic. I had regular talks with the dietitian, who gave me helpful advice to adjust to my new lifestyle. Even after the surgery, the team kept supporting me and making sure I was doing well. I can still message them anytime I have questions, and they reply very quickly. My dietitian, Eda Hayta, and my translatiors are wonderful! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always gives me clear advice that helps a lot. It feels great knowing I have support whenever I need it. This experience has completely changed my life. Thanks to Clinichub, I’ve lost a lot of weight, regained my confidence, and feel much healthier. If you’re thinking about gastric sleeve surgery, I highly recommend Clinichub. Jan 26,2025La prise en charge a été très bien faite au niveau des transports, au niveau de l’hôtel et des visites infirmières et médicales à l’hôtel. La visite du chirurgien le matin de l’opération également, il a été à l’écoute, avenant, je me suis sentie à l’aise. Bémole pour la prise en charge hospitalière, avec des soignants ne parlant pas l’anglais, certaines soignantes très froides dans le contact. Ça été très difficile de faire comprendre que j’avais de fortes douleurs, + manque d’informations à cause de la barrière de la langue. Le lendemain matin de l’opération, nous avons été sortie de la chambre en 40mn top chrono par une dame très stressante, nous n’avons pas compris la raison. Il n’y avait pas de wifi à l’hôpital, ou non fonctionnel, dommage. Le reste du personnel a été au top. Merci beaucoup! Système d’informations par WhatsApp très bien également.

My coordinator Hajer was able to respond to all my needs! My surgeon Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt did an amazing job, I am more than happy with the results so far. And what about the nurses at the hotel !!! They are incredible!! Whenever I needed them they would come to my room to help me! The Clinic Hub staff is simply amazing!!

Feb 14,2025the massage that i have received with clinchub have been amazing , they are firm which is needed but if it gets to painful they will stop for a min , they constant asking if im ok , these massages are 100% needed ofter the operation and you can really see they actually care for the patient. one I am back in the uk I will do a review about my full experience with CLINICHUB but as for the massages I can not fault the service and very experience on what they do x
