Feb 08,2023Bonjour, Parfois tu ne trouves pas les mots pour exprimer ta joie de rencontrer des gens merveilleux qui te donnent de l’espoir et de la motivation, bah voilà c'est mon cas aujourd'hui. De prime à bord j'ai passé ma chirurgie bariatrique le 17 janvier après des longues hésitations, j'étais tellement contente que le protocole est bien passé, j'étais rassuré de l’appart du personnel qui m’ont pris au soin depuis mon arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'à mon départ. Ce que j'ai apprécié le plus est le respect du temps ainsi le professionnalisme de l’équipes, sois les infermières, le chirurgien, le chauffeur qui a assuré nos dépassements ainsi que les coordinateurs qui t’accompagnent lors de tes visites médicales et qui sont au petit soin afin d’assurer mon confort que celui de ma mère qui étais surpris du service, Si j’aurais l’occasion de retenter l’expérience je la refais à mille fois, toute en sachant que je suis de Québec et je trouve que le service que j’ai eu à Clinic Hub était bien meilleur qu’ici. Par la même occasion je voudrais remercier du fond du cœur mon chirurgien M. Salim (l’homme souriant qui a allumer mes journées à l’hôpital), les infermières (je les appelles mes anges) sois dans l’hôpital ou à l’hôtel, ainsi je remercie infiniment la super gentille Elif, Ali et Fatima qui ont joué un rôle très important pour me rassurer toute au long de mon séjour, et sans oublier la diététicienne Uzman. Je recommande la clinique fortement, et ça après une longue recherche en comparant le service des différentes cliniques en Turquie. Finalement je ne regrette jamais ma décision de choisir Clinic Hub.

Feb 08,2023I had a wonderful nurse named Sena. She was amazing, great bedside manner and skilled in her job. Very compassionate, and caring. Treated me with respect. She also took time to reassure me when I had concerns. I trusted her with me and my care. Just overall a genuinely lovely, lovely person. Dr Burak Ersen I cannot begin to thank him enough for my surgery, for his care, for advocating for me when I needed him most. Words cannot express my gratitude for this amazingly skilled surgeon, his artistry, his honesty and an all round genuine individual. He takes care of his patients and cares about their wellbeing. God bless you both. Overall the amazing care provided by these 2 amazing individual outweighed/ overshadowed some of the misunderstanding or communication issues I had with the agency. My Advise: Don't confuse the role of Clinic Hub, the agency with the work of Dr Ersen, the surgeon and his team. D

Feb 05,2023Since the moment I stepped in Istanbul I felt like I am coming for vacation not for a surgery, since all the staff from Clinic hub was incredibly kind and supportive. Thanks to them during my whole stay I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I would like to thank to all the staff and I feel sorry that I don’t remember all their names, one I remember is Bilgi Caner and I would like to emphasize that she was incredibly kind and always sharing positive energy with us. My doctor was Mustafa Bagli and thanks to him I have nose which suits perfectly on my face in less then a month after the surgery. Also, I would like to thank all the doctors and nurses who took care of me during my stay in hotel, I felt very safe and relaxed because of them. All I can say is I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you all one more time! Anja Andelic

Feb 03,2023I had a breast reduction with lift with Dr Onur on 25th February 2023 and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. Dr Onur is an amazing doctor who provided really good service and answered all my questions and was very reassuring, I love his work. The nurses in the hospital and hotel were amazing who provided very good care. The nurses in the hotel checked up on me every single day during my stay and checked and cleaned my dressings and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend clinichub to my friends and family based in my experience 💛

I highly recommend Clinic Hub if you're getting a rhinoplasty. If you're scared they could even help you meet a person who has done rhinoplasty upon both party's approval.

Feb 01,2023I have had an amazing experience with ClinicHub. Thanks to Berlin/Elif/Ozge/ Miray, everyone was helpful and easy to get in touch. In the beginning I was feeling nervous about doing such a thing in another country, but they did everything so I could feel comfortable. The only downside was the drivers, they drive a bit crazy, not something I am use to. There was also a very special nurse in the hospital named Selcan, she was very kind and treated me with love, she doesn't speak English, but she tried her best using translate all the times to help me to understand everything she was doing on me. :) When I got back to the hotel the nurses come to see me and change my bandages every day. I got kinda a little burn in my belly, so they sent me to oxygen therapy center to do hyperbaric treatment which made me feel cared as well. My doctor ( Dr Hasan) was my best decision, even though I saw him only twice , in the surgery day and 3 days later so he could see how I was, he is very easy to reach if I need to. I've message him couple of times on instagram since I got back to UK and he's always replying me practically instantly. Thanks to Doctor Hasan, you are the best! So far, everything is good :)

Jan 30,2023I can recommend ClinicHub. Above all, Ozge and Miray were always very friendly and tried hard. they took good care of everything and never left you alone. I found it a pity that my coordinator often answered too late and I was only seen once in the hotel and the doctor didn't come every day as promised. otherwise everything was good. i hope that clinic hub will still be available for my questions after my return trip so that nothing stands in the way of my recovery.

Jan 30,2023Everyone is very welcoming and nice.I had a successful operation so far but bad reaction to anesthesia.Stuff like that happens but even though I traveled alone I didn’t feel like it,for the most part. The nurses in hotel were available almost at all time. The nurses in the hospital were very helpful and took good care of me as well. On the operation day Merve translated what I was saying to the doctor. He was quite in a hurry which left me with an uneasy feeling,as I wasn’t really able to share all of my wishes but I showed him the picture of my dream nose.He respected my wish but made it a fit for my face and so far I can say it looks really really good! I may have had rather bad impression at first but he really is a professional in his job. The hotel i stayed at(Dedeman) is very modern and clean. The food is more than tasty. I kept in contact with Ozge and Miray from communication team the whole time,as they were providing me with important information.They were soo nice and ready to help at all times. Such sweethearts,including Alina(patient relations).She visited me once during my stay and we had such a nice chit chat.Alina is also there at all times after surgery for any further concerns or questions.She was a little ray of sunshine. Nurses speak english for the most part.In case of misunderstanding we used google translator and that worked just fine.

Jan 28,2023On 23rd january i had my primary rhinoplasty with dr Celik! So far I’m really happy with result and how the Clinichub personnel has been taking care of me. Nurses at the hospital were kind and helpful, the same in the hotel nurse was coming every day to check on me and if I had any questions they would be very quick to respond. And big big thank you to my coordinators Ozge and Miray for being great support and help when I needed them! Thank you Clinichub!

Jan 27,2023My Experience with Samil Sahin and Clinichub was super relaxed and comfortable. Everyone from clinichub was so nice to us and if I needed anything there was always someone I could reach out to and ask at any time. I had Rhinoplasty with Samil Sahin, and I highly recommend him. Sahin is very polite and super sweet. He took so much time to explain to me what my options were regarding my nose. I am really happy and grateful to have chosen him as my doctor. He made me super comfortable even after cast-off. Literally the best buddy!!! Everything clinichub organized for me also went smoothly.Special thanks to my coordinator Ferhat who answered all my questions anytime and immediately. I would especially like to thank Alina from Patient Relations. She is very friendly and the coolest person, and because of her we had a great experience in Istanbul. It was nice to see her always in the lobby with new recommendations for our trip. Also organizationally Alina always answered super fast and sent me all my documents. Lastly, I want to mention Kseniia, Cagla, Sonila and Ozge who guided me through the entire process, made sure i had everything I need, and provided me with tips for aftercare <3

Jan 27,2023I just would like to share my experience with Clinic Hub. I had gastric sleeve surgery. From the beginning to the end my case was look after very well. They did all test, scans and everything before operation. I had my personal room. All coordinators, hospital staff, nurses did amazing job. The biggest shout to GÜL, she was so friendly and caring. I came alone to the hospital so she provided the best service. Also Dietitian very well organised. I really recommend this Clinic.

I’m very grateful to Doctor Onur who did an amazing job and his entire medical team who made my surgery successful with constant support and check on my wellbeing and recovery . Overall the hospitality was amazing , from airport to hotel to the hospital. The whole team was amazing from drivers to hosts ,to doctors nurses , unfortunately I do not remember all names but these amazing ladies, Ozge, Miray, Abir, And Not forget Dr.ONUR 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Petit point négatif énormément d’attente à l’hôpital le 03/02 pour me mettre dans une chambre 1:30 d’attente. je remercie le chirurgien Emrah Celik, pour son beau travail! 👃🏻❤️ merci a la reception de l'hotel, dedeman park 😊 Je tiens à remercier Berfin une infirmière incroyable! La meilleure de toutes les infirmières !! 🫶🏻🌸 En espérant que mon nez soit beau 🙏 ——— ———————————————— I came from 01/02 to 09/02 for a rhinoplasty with doctor Celik, top intervention for the moment. Small negative point a lot of waiting at the hospital on 03/02 to put me in a room 1:30 waiting.
