Mar 02,2023I had my rhinoplasty with Dr You on the 20th of Feb the service I got from clinic hub and especially Sila from patient relations she was absolutely amazing I honestly couldn’t believe it felt like it was too good to be true but it wasn’t, Sila was very accomodating to my needs and comforted me when I was nervous before surgery my results turned out even better than I ever expected I am so lucky to have met Sila and had her be part of my rhinoplasty journey

Mar 02,2023My entire experience with dr Dogus and his team has been perfect. everything went smoothly Ozge and Miray.I have nothing to put my finger on. From the day I landed at Istanbul airport, I was picked up in a nice minibus where I was driven directly to the hospital. at the hospital I had blood tests taken , corona test everything was ok. then I was driven to the hotel, which was of a high standard, clean, new and nice. good service at the reception and a good breakfast. the next morning I was picked up early and taken to the hospital. I would defo go back to him in the future if I was to have any more surgery.

Feb 28,2023Clinic Hub were amazing every step of the way! They were very patient with any questions I had from the time of booking. From I arrived in Turkey until I went home the whole experience has been fabulous and everything went super smoothly! Ozge and Miray, my two assigned Co ordinators upon arrival in Turkey have been angels. Keeping me informed of what I have to do each day and on hand 24 7 to answer any questions that I had. Would highly recommend Clinic Hub 100%. I'm very happy with my care and results from my rhinoplasty with Dr. Emrah Celick. He was so kind and attentive during my consultation and really listened to what i wanted and delivered the best result for me 🥰

Everything is taken care of and even if you are alone the nurses are always available ❤️ All the nurses were great, but especially Melisa and Gözde who has a good contact with the patients, who is also a patient, thank you Melisa, Gözde and other nurses for everything ❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️ Thanks also to Dr Hassan for my perfect body I love it and the hotel team who are extremely kind 🙏🏼❤️ and again thank you to the Miray & Ozge communication team because thanks to them my trip was perfectly organized 🙏🏼 ❤️ thank you all, it was a great experience

The nurses are super caring and supported me during the whole stay. And special thanks to the girls Ozge and Miray, they always asked me if I need something or they can do for me and supported me throughout the whole journey. Dr. Burak Ersen is the best, he will give you the body that you’re dreaming of and will take care while you’re having your stay in Istanbul. Love the whole team, thank you!

Feb 27,2023Ich habe meine Nase von Herren Dr.Emrah Celik im Februar korrigieren lassen. Meine Erfahrung war super und würde es jedem weiterempfehlen! Auch vor meiner Reise in die Türkei, war mein Sales Coordinator Yetkin immer sehr zügig beim Antworten meiner Fragen. Vor Ort waren Alina, Ozge, Miray und Naz und haben mir immer pünktlich (ca. 1 Tag davor) Bescheid gegeben, z.B wann die OP war oder wann man zum Krankenhaus gebracht wurde. Dort wurde ebenfalls meine Fragen beantwortet. Dementsprechend braucht man sich keine Sorgen zu machen. Im Hotel kommt täglich eine Krankenschwester und jeden zweiten Tag ein Artzt, der sich die Nase nochmals anschaut. Außerdem kann man die Krankenschwester auch per Telegram erreichen, falls was wäre. Zusammenfassend bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis meiner Nase, die sehr natürlich aussieht, trotz jetziger Schwellung, obwohl es so eine drastische Veränderung gewesen ist. Schmerzen waren minimal und man wird auch mit genügend Schmerzmittel versogt. Nochmals vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung Clinichub !(:

Feb 24,2023I had a gastric sleeve done and am very happy with how it went I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and an extremely happy with how smoothly the process was! I arrived when the snow was very bad and the hospital and hotel didn’t have great Wi-Fi so found it quite worrying that I couldn’t contact my family back home but that wasn’t to be helped. When I arrived in the airport I got sent videos of where to go to get my transfer I went for the £2500 package with hotel stay the nurses and doctor in the hotel after your op are great! The nurses in the hospital are lovely! Although they can’t speak alot of English if nothing they can tel by emotion that your nervous pr scared and are great! The whole process was very smooth my surgery was a total success which I’m thankful for as the paper work you have to sign before is very very scary to read so be aware of that but I’m happy I was told the risks! My only regret is I went alone defo for future procedures I will have my partner or my mum with me! Otherwise you’re stuck in your own head or cnn news which is the only English speaking channel! Thankyou Clinichub for a smooth and successful ride I will be back!

Feb 23,2023I had my rhinoplasty surgery with Clinichub in Istanbul. My surgeon was Dr. Yusuf Orhan Uçal, i met him and had my consultation 15min before the surgery and i explained my concern about my nose and he was very honest, kind and understanding. Clinichub hospital room was good it was big and the hospital was ok too. After the surgery i was one night in the hospital. Nurses did not speak english at all in the hospital, but they used a phone translator. Clinichub also had nurses coming to see you in the hotel room which was nice, but unfortunately all the nurses were not kind to me. I needed asap help and i was in pain and nurse told me ”am busy” also another nurse was mean to me for no reason and never came back. Clinichub should definitely choose only kind nurses because patiens are already in pain and feeling uncomfortable so i did not need extra stress from these two nurses. Also there were negative thing too like the Clinichub driver Erhan Teymur, we were waiting more than 40 minutes and the driver still did not take us to the airport. I paid more than 6k for my rhinoplasty in euros and the Clinichub car is not private so even taxi is better. When you pay so much money you should get 5 star service but i would give 4 stars to Clinichub, they definitely have few things to fix. Also 5min before the surgery they will make you sign more than 20 papers quickly when you already have your hospital clothes and IV needle in hand.. so they were a bit ”hurry hurry” which i did not like, also they will ask the money and they will count the money in your hospital room, which I don't think was professional at all. First cast removal was day 6 and doctor put another cast which was good. Only negative thing i have to say about doctor You is that because there are so many patients he can’t give so good attention to the patient. He said same things to all the other patiens i met in hospital and hotel.. but he is very good doctor and makes natural noses and i would still definitely recommend Dr. You. for the most part everything went well but clinichub should change things for the better because they charge too much and in my opinion clinichub is not a 5 star service yet. Also my coordinator ”Cem” was ok but not the best so make sure you have coordinator that is not greedy for money. This all was my honest opinion and if you ask do i still recommend Clinichub my answer is yes, but keep in mind they charge a lot and not 5 star service. My nose is only one month po so it’s too early to give review about my nose but the surgeon did a good job and so far am happy with my new nose so big thank you to Dr. Yusuf 😇🙏🏽

Feb 22,2023So I made the decision I wanted to get a rhinoplasty at the age of 18 after so many years of hating my nose. Back in school I had a baseball accident which caused a deviated septum and a bump that was very obvious from the side profile. From there I always had my heart set on wanting a rhinoplasty. And so, I decided to go with CLINICHUB. This meant I had to travel from the UK to Istanbul. Which sounds scary but honestly it was the best decision I made. So my booking was actually a cancellation with Dr.Yusuf and I booked it within 3 weeks so it came by very fast . I’m so glad I took that cancellation at the time because he was fully booked till October 2023 … however currently he is now fully booked till 2025. So, if a cancellation comes up, BOOK IT !!My overall experience with CLINICHUB was amazing and I honestly have no regrets. I did so much research and watched so many vlogs (shoutout to Helin Doski- the TikTok makeup artist). From there I knew he was the right surgeon for me. My whole journey in Turkey from the airport to the hotel and to the hospital was so smooth and I always had a coordinator looking after me and my companions …. ( I even recognised the driver from some of the vlogs - that’s when I knew it wasn’t a scam lol) . I also got the chance to meet the director of CLINICHUB “Ibrahim Kuzu” a very professionals and humble business man. He’s got an amazing medical tourism organisation set up in Turkey and I would definitely recommend CLINICHUB to family and friends. Also just want to say a big thank you to the team that looked after me. Big shoutout to Zeynap and Ekin for the support throughout my journey. Another shoutout to Cagla, Özge and Sonila . There was always someone via WhatsApp keeping in contact with me through my stay in turkey and even back here in the UK I have a post op Team looking after me .Most of all I want to say a huge thanks to the nursing team and to the absolute skilled legend ✨ Dr Yusuf !!!✨ I also did go to some surgeons here in the UK and they weren’t the nicest . They had a horrible bed side manner. However, in turkey I felt comfortable and looked after the entire Time I decided to go to turkey in the end because I had a few friends that had gone after getting a rhinoplasty on the NHS that had botched it up . And they got amazing results in turkey. Also just want to say the hospitals in Turkey are like casinos . Much better than any hospital I’ve been to in the UK. And the technology in turkey is so advanced!! Something you would not get in the UK unless you paid triple the amount.

Feb 21,2023Nurses, all the staff, are very helpful and kind. They try to support you at their best and they can speak perfect English! Sumeyye is my best nurse ever!!!Sometimes there are little “coordination problems” because there are too many people who will write you to ask you the same things. My surgeon was Dr. Huseyin Karabulut, he is a great man and a wonderful surgeon. He knows exactly what it has to be done and his touch is magical. Mine was a really tough case and i was rejected by the most of surgeons. He accepted my case and did my case with a good result I can say. He’s helpful, kind hearted guy, extremely competent. I recommend him to everyone!!!One day he will become a famous doctor all over the world I am convinced about it!

Feb 21,2023Thank you so much clinichub for the great service...l was well taken care of from the airport untill l returned home ...l had my gastric sleeve on 17 February with doctor Dr Salim he is very nice and friendly and checks up on you after the surgery...Thanks to the amazing team Mine,Elif,Ozge,Miray,Sumeyye,Aleyna, l forgot some names....they are so helpful amazing friendly and answer to all your questions until you are satisfied...thank you to the nurses they check on you all the time l went alone but l never felt lonely...l highly recommend clinichub if ever anyone wants to use them dont hesitate

Feb 20,2023From the moment I chose to undergo rhinoplasty, I have been searching for the top clinics in Istanbul, unsure of which one to select or rely upon. In addition, after discovering some vlogs on YouTube, I decided to contact ClinicHub to schedule an appointment. Dia has guided me through the entire payment process and answered all of my questions when I first texted them. Ozge and Miray followed up with me a week before my operation, they have been constantly by my side, confirming my arrival time and arranging for a car to bring me up from the airport. From that point on, thanks to them, I felt extremely at ease, as I knew they were genuinely caring and prepared to answer all queries promptly. As soon as I landed, everything ran well, and the hotel, service, people, and cuisine were all outstanding. Dr. Emrah was extremely competent and attentive to all my needs; the procedure went so smoothly that I did not even realise it was performed. Ekin has arranged for my meds, nurses' visits, and aftercare advice following surgery. She has been extremely polite, helpful, and willing to assist me at any time. Overall, my experience at ClinicHub has been flawless; I could not have found a better clinic or team. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to my trip, and I would highly suggest it!!!

Feb 19,2023Would not recommend to anyone to go though clinic hub. The surgeon is great the clinichub and it's service should really have a major overhaul. Everything they promise is a lie. The sales person Nesrine really is a greedy one. Jumping prices unnecessarily. The aftercare pain medication I was basically given the Australian equivalent of panadine Forte or nurafen+. From arrival I was handed over to 4 different men each one taking a photo of my passport before entering a van. Clinichub wouldn't answer any phone calls when I arrived in turkey. Being told 7.30am is the transfer time. Then being called at 5am being told u have 10mins to get everything and go or surgery will be canceled. Being left in the hospital pre and post for hours alone. Asking nurses for pain relief and getting arveles. (You can look it up) being laughed at by nurses for saying "yardım" which means help me. Nurses don't follow surgeon instructions wasn't able to shower until 5 days post op. When surgeon told me 3rd day can shower. But nurses would tell me no. Asking for help fir departure day and being told by 4 or so clinichub workers to basically ask someone else. One said to ask the hotel staff. Having a panic attack pre surgery because no one answers calls. Signing papers for a breast surgery that isn't what I wanted but they don't provide papers for that so u sign whatever they have else. Then surgeon asking if I'm getting the surgery I signed for. It's terrifying this should really be shut down. Incompetence at its finest. Being dropped off at domestic side when I'm international. They will make you sign a liability Clause that your not allowed to post bad reviews. So if u see a lack of bad reviews that's why. Having cramps and swollen leg 2 days post op and waiting 2 days for a response. The solution I was told to drink soda.... if your not an Instagram influencer they don't care. They will destroy the surgeons name for financial gain. Stay away from clinichub. There's so much more. Edit for reply- I contacted you before arrival, on arrival and during my stay and no one answered or cared. All I heard was, no problem it's normal by the rotating never same nurses. And for things that have now caused me problems in my recovery. Ill be trying to get them fixed now that im back home. Also I contacted your coordinator expressing each concern. And im not surprised there was nothing to be said... If you are wanting me to contact you to get this review down then sorry for not being sorry because i don't agree. There isn't much more to be said. Communication now is a little to late. Not much you can do for me now that I'm home. Just thankful I made it back Alive. Thanks for the traumatic experience. 🙏🏻

Mar 03,2023My ClinicHub coordinators were very helpful, especially Berfin, Okyanus, Sila, and the others I can‘t remember the names too. My doctor, Dr YOU, did a great job. So far I‘m very satisfied with the result. What I didn‘t like… some of the Kurses in the hospital were not really interested in helping you, some others were so lovely on the contrast. The same with the hotel where I stayed. Some of the staff was so helpful, others really annoying.
