Sep 07,2022The entire experience has been absolutely magnificent my doctor (burak ) is the most caring person and the team of nurses that’s around him they really do take your health seriously I have never felt more secure and safe in an environment that is not home. The message have been so wonderful even though it was very painful the nurse was so considerate and gentle with my body I have felt no shame whilst I was nude (Sena-Ozge-Ilayda-Aleyna-Kubra) I really appreciate you Gunes you are a wonderful human being I’m so happy the way you and your team have showed me so much love and patience I really am great fully.Vilma thank you for putting a smile on my face each morning.

Sep 07,2022My experience with clinichub was overall positive. There were some language and cultural barriers to overcome, and it would NOT have been possible without Ali and Sümeyye. They were able to liaison on my behalf with hospital staff and clinichub. I was especially impressed with how they went out of their way to make me feel understood and comfortable during my stay, and reassured me at multiple points during my journey. Thank you Ali and Sümeyye for being incredible at your jobs, and the doctor and hospital nurses who took care of me during my recovery!

Sep 07,2022Honestly the best thing I have ever done! I suffer with anxiety & I did this on my own the whole experience was amazing! As soon as I got off the plane someone was waiting for me to take me to the hotel let’s just say this hotel was amazing had room service the people at the hotel were so helpful and nice! I spent 2 days at the hotel before going to the hospital for surgery. When I got to the hospital I met with my surgeon and I explained what I would like he then said what he thought and we agreed to go ahead. Dr onur akman was amazing he went in to detail and reassured me all the way! The nurses are all amazing an so lovely I then spent one night in the hospital and then I went back to the hotel and had 24 hour nurses on call. They also came and checked on me every morning. My whole experience was amazing and I’d do it all over again. As for the results well I’m so happy and so in love with me the new me ❤️

Sep 06,2022Ce pot spune ….incredibil. Am avut parte de o experienta minunata la clinica Hub. Am fost operata acum o saptamana, Gastric Sleeve, de catre medicul Salim Gumus ( un medic extraordinar, tot respectul pentru dumnealui ), operatia a fost foarte ok, medicii si tot personal au fost de exceptie si sunt in continuare, deoarece tinem legatura si raspund prompt la orice intrebare care o adresez, serviciile ireprosabile, doamna Andreea ( omul de legatura ) o super finuta si foarte atenta. Multumesc intregii echipe pentru tot Imi pare rau ca nu am ajuns mai devreme acolo

They take care of you and make sure you are constantly well before and after surgery. It's 24/7 service. I'm so glad I chose them and it's something I would recommend to anyone thinking of going to Istanbul to have surgery on their nose or other things <3

Sep 04,2022I had my rhinoplasty in Istanbul with clinic hub and dr Samil sahin a week ago and it was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. The team took care of me extremely well especially Cagla, Sonila and Ozge. They made sure I was always catered to. They put me in an AMAZING hotel in Istanbul and the hospital was also amazing. Made my whole experience very hassle free and easy and I would do it all again in a heartbeat. 10/10 overall experience with clinic hub and I will definitely be back again ❤️❤️❤️

Sep 01,2022I had my lipo 360 surgery with the amazing dr. Burak Ersen, and i am so happy with my results and how the whole team took care of me! The transfers and communication were amazing. From the moment i landed until my last day in Istanbul. Everything was perfectly scheduled and on time! The hotel is a very neat & big 5 star hotel! Good food & comfortable for your recovery Dr Burak is such a lovely surgeon who really cares about his patients. After the surgery he checked on me every day just to make sure my recovery was going well which makes him stand out from many other surgeons. He gave me a very nice hourglass figure with just liposuction. He promised me to not leave anything behind and thats what he did lol! He also speaks very good English so the communication went very smoothly. I also want to thank the nurses that took care of me while i was still at the hospital! They were sooo sweet and literally kept checking up on me all day & night. And a special thanks to the nurses at the hotel who took care of me throughout my stay. I loved that i could just send a Whatsapp message whenever i needed something and they would show up in just a few minutes! I would also like to thank Vilma for everything! She is sooo sweet and literally sent me a daily message early in the morning to check up on me and see if i needed anything. I would also like to thank the sweet Cagla, Sonila & Ozge for the amazing communication throughout my stay! They made sure to keep me informed about the whole process & arranged the transfers for me to get to the hospital for the checkup/surgery. I am now almost 2 weeks post op but they even kept in contact with me for the first 2 days after i got back home. I would recommend everyone to go for Clinichub & ofcourse the amazing dr Burak if you are looking for a clinic that cares about their patients and will never give you an abandoned feeling after your surgery. Thank you so much Clinichub! Will definitely recommend you to others :)

Aug 29,2022I am a returning patient to Clinichub. I loved my first experience that I decided to return for another surgery. I had Liposuction 360 surgery with Dr. Do. He was so friendly and informative with my operation. His work is remarkable. He explained the process and what he was going to do and what I needed to do afterwards to have the best results. I want to say thank you to the absolute best coordinator, Kseniia. She truly made my entire experience the best and memorable at Clinichub. Kseniia had amazing communication skills. She made sure all my questions and concerns for surgery was answered promptly. I was really nervous before surgery and Kseniia was there for support when I had no one. She was so sweet for holding my hand and talking to me before I went to the operation room. She goes above and beyond with patient care. She made patient care a priority with excellent bed side manner and professionalism. If it wasn’t for Kseniia I wouldn’t been able to experience this from start to finish. Having her help makes a huge difference especially during my recovery. Vilma and Kseniia check on me everyday how I was doing. Vilma was so sweet messaging me every day, she was quick to help me with whatever I needed and direct me to who I need to talk to if I needed help with anything while I was recovering. I love how attentive Vilma was. She made sure my stay at the hotel was comfortable as much as possible. She was so kind to help with my check-in and check-out of hotel, spoke very good English and was welcoming! I had no trouble communicating with the Clinichub team. Kseniia made sure I understand the information was given to me during my pre-op, surgery, post-op care, nurses and throughout my recovery in Turkey. Thank you so much again Clinichub team, Kseniia and Vilma for taking wonderful care of me while I was there.

Aug 29,2022Hello everyone, I write my review after full rehabilitation, so after 2 months. Customer coordination service: everything was clear and fast: discussion of prices, choice of doctor, date of operation, and assistance in clarifying the procedure (thanks to Di)!!! During my stay in Istanbul, I did not feel lonely and frightened at all, because I had great support from nurses, doctors and coordinators.After arrival at home : coordinators post op were always present and always ready to help. I express my gratitude to : - Vilma (Patient relations) who is very calme and give a lot of support from the first to the last day after surgery. Nurses Melisa and Kubra (who were even present at my operation), are very cheerful, understanding and professional. Bahar, she helped me a lot with the language, (I’m speaking french), she was always there as an interpreter. And, of course, my surgeon, Op.Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt, who perfectly understood what I wanted in the end, and did a very beautiful job. Who was always in touch after the operation, and even during my rehabilitation period. I'm very glad To chose him for my operation. I'm his fan now!Many thanks to Clinichub for your work, for your service, which is very well coordinated. Everything is very clear, fast and professional. I had an excellent experience with ClinicHub. Instead of 5 stars, you deserve 10!!!

Vorrei ringraziare di cuore Cagla, Sonila, Ozge, Alina e Huyla, che sono state sempre disponibili e molto gentili. Ho effettuato una rinoplastica e benchè avessi molta paura dell'operazione e del post operatorio, si è rivelata essere una passeggiata. Grazie anche al dr. Eymen Oruc, che mi ha regalato un aspetto più armonioso e un nasino bellissimo.

Aug 27,2022I had a rhinoplasty with dr yusuf and the whole experience was absolutely amazing- I’m 9 days post op and I’ve been praising the whole experience with everyone I have been speaking to, to hotel was gorgeous, all the staff were SO SO HELPFUL and so lovely My main point of contact was Alina and sila they were both so attentive and caring. The nurses checked on me everyday and I got messages checking on me everyday, the surgery was so smooth and even though you can’t tell the results just yet I’m so happy with what I see so far. Dr yusuf was very realistic with the consultation he over achieved everything I was expecting. I’m really happy with the whole experience. I’ve been given the after care email incase I have any queries but I’ve been given so much information that I feel very confident with the healing process that everything is going well

Before choosing clinichub I had been searching through a few different clinics but I immediately found clinichub the most pleasant to deal with. I had Hülya contact me first as my customer service and relations agent, and she started walking me through everything from around February and was with me until my surgery in July. I was really thankful to have her as she answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me through the entire process, which definitely made things a less stressful. Once I arrived in Turkey for my rhinoplasty, Kseniia was the agent who was with me along the way. It was really nice to be picked up by her at the hotel and have her with me at the hospital visit on the day of the surgery. She then was checking in on me regularly and even continued to help me out with any questions and concerns and general check ups after I left Turkey post-op. It's been really nice to know that even though my surgery is done, I still have someone I can contact when I have any concerns. She even sent me homemade video tutorials about the nose massages and taping when I felt I wasn't doing them correctly. Overall, my experience with clinichub was really positive. The only thing I can say is make sure you have google translate on your phone ready as not all overnight nurses speak English! But other than that, a huge thank you to Hülya and Kseniia for making this experience a lot easier than I would have expected!
