Sep 30,2022Ok I don’t know where to start but if you plan on doing any type of surgery please DO IT with CLINIC HUB. They are the best and truly care about you. I flew in from Toronto with my entire family. 3 of us were planning of doing a rhinoplasty. My sisters look AMAZING. I unfortunately wasn’t able to go through with it due to my anemia. However I’m fine with it because they canceled it and they wouldn’t risk my health with going through with the surgery. I was upset but I understand now and I am going back in November to finally get it done! They wouldn’t risk my health for anything! So keep this in mind they put you first and won’t do the surgery if you aren’t healthy! Make sure you are healthy💞 My surgeon is going to be Samil and I’m excited he was super kind when I met him and he was very sweet with making me feel comfortable. He made my sisters look sooooooo good. Tuba is the best. She helped plan everything from the start and anyways responded to my questions. She always found a solution for my family. Till this day I feel bad she had to deal with my families many personalities but she was amazing. Tuba is the sweetest ever and guided us through eveything from start to end. She is helping me with my November surgery again and I am grateful for that!! I recommend you have her plan everything if you want to get surgery. Carla and Sonila messaged us a few days before the surgery and guided us through everything. We appreciate them so much!!!!! So sweet and kind. Vilma and Alina were very kind and helped us with anything we needed. There was another very sweet girl that came with me to my blood test since I was terrified and held my hand. I wish I remembered her name. I hope to have her assist me again when I return. I still feel bad they had to deal with our families many personalities but they did amazing. I love you guys and can’t wait to see them all again in November!!!! Turkey is a beautiful and safe country. I was lucky my family travelled together but if you go by yourself you WILL feel safe. The hotel is clean, the food was amazing, and the staff is so kind they treat you the best!! Trust me. I will be writing another review once I get my surgery on November 10. They treat you like family no matter what!!!!! 💞💞

Sep 30,2022I had my operation Rhinoplasty on the 21st of September, great staff, incredible doctor. Dr.samil, wonderful person very talented I will always be thankful to him and his staff. Clinichub members,They are with you the whole time if you need anything .Sila stayed with me the whole time before my operation, she was incredibly kind and understanding, even after the surgery she kept making sure I don't need anything. At the hotel Alina welcomed me , she's a great person that anything I need I asked her and she helped. The whole time you dont feel alone , they're with you . The doctor that visited me at the hotel with the nurses are very nice and understanding and available the whole time for any questions which made me feel safe that I can ask anything at anytime. And finally my dear Hande, she stayed with me from the day I decided to do the operation till the day I left turkiye , she was there the whole time answering my questions, she's the most understanding person , thank you so much. Now after the operation I have an email to contact if I need any thing and that means that even if I am far away at home , they're still with me. I would like to say that Clinichub was a great choice, best doctors and best staff , and very helpful. Extremely recommended 👌.

Sep 29,2022Transportation: 9/10. We needed to wait around 30 minutes until the driver took us to the hotel. The car was very clean, and the driver offered us water. Hotel: 9/10. Food and service in general were very good. Only downside was that they did not have Smart TV in the room. Pre-Surgery Service: 10/10. Coordinators did their best to communicate promptly all information required. They even sent the papers one night before surgery. Their way to work, per my perspective, is very efficient. Post-Surgery Care: 10/10. During night in the hospital, patient assistants were checking me and providing medicines when needed. We also had an “emergency button” close to our bed. Only downside was language barrier in the hospital, patient assistants should receive maybe like basic training so they can communicate better the instructions e.g how much time keep the ice. Nurses came to my hotel every day to check me (they did speak English). Also, a doctor came who could not speak English but he was with a nurse who can. Experience in Istanbul 10/10: I met new friends, travel around (after day 5). Istanbul is a magical city full of colors, delicious food and wonderful culture. They informed me that there was a mistake with my payment as they charged more (price from 2023). They requested my account information to send the difference back. I think this is very honest and shows they have integrity. Finally, I had a breakdown after my cast removal because I was very shocked about my results. I was crying like crazy. I explained the situation to the patients relations manager and she came to see me. She listened to me, hugged me and requested the table pictures to Dr.Orhan to explain that my result after cast removal was not the final result. Surgery Results: I’m only 10 days post-op but I already love my results, I love my nose. Needless to say, I’m more than happy with Doctor Yusuf Orhan professionalism. Best decision ever!

Sep 29,2022i had rhinoplasty with dr samil.sahin, best thing i have ever done!! my experience has been amazing. all the nurses (especially sila) have been so welcoming, supportive and made me feel so comfortable. my nose has turned out exactly how i wanted it and i couldn’t thank dr samil enough! if you’re thinking about doing it you 100% should!

Sep 27,2022I went to Istanbul to get a BBL with Dr. Onur Akman. My experience was amazing to say the least. I went solo and I felt safe and comfortable at all times. Transportation was great and the hotel was very nice with a beautiful view. My coordinator was Abir and she was a blessing. She went above and beyond to ensure my surgery was everything I can imagine it to be. She not only was my coordinator but a friend, she gave me advice and made my experience what it was. I will always be grateful for her being there, I can’t describe how important she is with words but she makes all the difference! Dr. Onur Akman is absolutely great! He is so patient and made sure of what I wanted. He executed it perfectly!! I am about 1 month post op and I am so genuinely happy with my results so far. I got exactly what I asked for. He is excellent and a true artist. He is very personable and really cares about his patients and that is so important to me! Going into surgery can be scary especially for my first time but thanks to Dr. Onur and the nurses and Abir, it was all I could ask for and I felt calm. I had what I needed at all times and my recovery in the hotel was speedy and bearable thankfully. Not to mention, you have 24/7 care at the hotel!! I had no complications and I thank Dr. Onur and the nurses who helped care for me after for that! I was well taken care of. I was up and walking every chance I could. I couldn’t have imagined doing this with any other surgeon. There were also coordinators that i spoke to daily and they helped with ensuring i got what I needed, Celine, Cagla, and Sonila were great. And Yetkin Dal helped me with all my inquiries!! Clinichub did an amazing job at putting together a great team. I definitely recommend choosing this clinic and Dr Onur Akman!!!

Sep 26,2022I truly had the best journey and experience with ClinicHub for my rhinoplasty. Everything was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. The staff was always checking in on me during my hotel stay and the nurses and post-op doctor was making sure everything was ok after operation. The whole process with transportation, hospitalstay and hotel was perfect and went so smoothly. I can’t thank the staff of clinichub enough and my amazing, BEST doctor Mr. Samil Sahin🙏🏼 I really recommend clinichub to anyone who wants to travel to Turkey for rhinoplasty. Sep 26,2022Can't fault the staff at clinic hub at all! After having my sleeve done in November 21 (and losing 10st 7lb!) I brought my friend back to have her sleeve done as I knew she'd be in safe hands! The staff really go the extra mile to help, Sumeyye especially has been amazing! An absolute god send! Ali has also been wonderful! I would 100% recommend clinic hub to anyone, everyone is so friendly and professional and really do care which shows :) couldn't be happier!

Sep 25,2022It was literally a pleasant surprise, I came to Turkey alone from Italy to perform a rhinoplasty with Dr. Samil Sahin and it was literally the best choice I've ever made, in addition to Dr's skill (he's perfect in his work, I'm in love with the result I've achieved), all the clinichub staff think of you in every way, at any time of the day they are ready to help you. I had a wonderful experience both with the Dr., with the nurses and with any other person with whom I have come into contact, but a special thank you goes to Cagla, Sonila and Ozge they are suuuper kind, nice and very good at their job. I'm very glad I made this choice and I would do it again 100000 times! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Don't wait to book with Dr. Samil Sahin, he is truly the best!!

Dr Burak, Sila, Vilma, Ozge, Cagla, Sonila, Merve and anyone else who has contributed to my stay at the Raddison Blu. Help has always been on demand and my needs constantly met. I am extremely happy with my results and care. I would like to mention that I didn’t have the best experience with the hospital staff however Munir, Sena and Mustafah were exceptional help. Everyone there is so nice and lovely, and they make sure you feel comfortable throughout your whole stay; from start to finish. Sep 21,2022I had a wonderful experience with ClinicHub. Everyone worked so very hard to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was travelling alone but felt very safe and cared for. The nurses and doctors were fantastic, and the team was at hand 24-7 at the hotel no matter what I needed. I would especially like to thank Alina and Yetkin for going well above my highest expectations in looking after me. Their outstanding professionalism and warmth made a real difference to my experience. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt cherished and reassured. I would also like to mention Fatima who did a fantastic job in making me feel welcome and making sure all of my practical queries were responded to quickly and efficiently. I chose ClinicHub because of my incredible doctor (DrYou) but I have to say the whole experience completely exceeded my expectations and I am really pleased I travelled to Turkey instead of having my surgery here in the UK.
