Aug 26,2022I’ve had an excellent experience with Clinic Hub. All of the team have been extremely caring and so helpful. With special mention to Vilma, Cagla, Sumeyye, Sonila, Onur, Ozge and my surgeon who were all absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in using their services.

Aug 26,2022I had messaged so many different clinics and surgeons in Turkey before I decided Dr Samil Sahin was the one! Looking at the Instagram page really sold it for me, but also finding only amazing reviews on him really helped me make my decision. I booked the appointment, and flew out to Turkey from Canada (I chose one of the worst possible flights that had a long layover and I'm not able to sleep while travelling so getting to and from Turkey was the worst part of this experience). Luckily everything after traveling went smoothly. My sister, mom and I were picked up from the airport, taken to get blood tests and COVID tests done, and then dropped off to our hotel. We had a day to relax and the next day was my surgery. We were picked up from the hotel, taken to the hospital, and I met Dr Samil Sahin. He is an amazing doctor! He had great bedside manners, was very nice, and very happy to be there. It makes a huge difference working with someone who clearly loves what they do. He first listened to my concerns, then told me what was achievable, and he was very realistic about what I should expect. The nurses were very nice, but most of them don't speak English so be ready to use a translation app on your phone. After the surgery, I was swollen for about 3-4 days, but had no bruising. What's amazing is that in the hotel I was staying at, they had a doctor and several nurses staying as well who provided 24/7 care, the second u messaged for help or with complaints, they would be at your hotel room in 5 mins! When I met the Dr again for my cast removal, he went over what to expect in terms of recovery. Cast off day I was shocked to see my nose; it was still swollen and big but my nose was finally straight! I am now about 4 weeks post-op and I love my nose! It's less swollen, the tip has come down quite a bit, and I can walk around outside without anyone noticing. Stitches are not completely dissolved yet. Overall, the experience was amazing! So glad I got my nos done through Clinic Hub with Dr Samil Sahin! Thanks to Cagla, Sonila, and Merve from Clinic Hub for your hard work and great customer service skills!

Aug 25,2022I had a fantastic experience with Clinichub and everything was perfect, from the hotel transfer, hotel, hospital, nurses, doctors and staff. I want to give everyone a massive THANK YOU to Dr. Samil, all the nurses in the hospital and after care in the hotel in ( I forgot to ask their names) thank you for looking after me! Also, a big shout of to Sila, she was with me through out the whole experience, she has been lovely and helpful! Thank you Vilma for checking in with me. I really did feel safe and looked after the whole time! I highly recommend Clinichub, very professional staff and great experience overall! Thank you again!

Aug 25,2022My whole experience with Clinichub from start to finish went so smoothly, from arriving in Istanbul to the last day, the whole team made everything so easy. They would message and keep me in the loop of any updates and what’s going on. I’d like to thank Cagla and Sonila for answering any questions of mine or simply just being there for me because of that I never felt alone or worried about anything. 🥰 The nurses and team in the hospital and hotel had daily check ins making sure everything is fine which was nice. My surgeon is amazing!!! 🤩 Dr Emrah listened to what I wanted and has given me my dream nose and I couldn’t be happier!! I’m only 3 weeks post op and I’m in love with it already!! I can’t wait to see the final results 😍 I recommend anyone who is thinking of having rhinoplasty to go with Dr Emrah, you will not be disappointed 💖💖💖

Aug 25,2022I was very pleased with my experience while there and the communication and thoroughness from the staff. From my airport arrangements to post op care and even Zynep’s recommendations of vegan restaurants and her help with answering any and all questions she could during our brief meeting. Zynep’s English is so good and it was nice speaking with her and I felt more relaxed going into surgery having had her there. I also appreciate Calga and Sonila’s help as well with answering questions and ensuring my transportation was appropriate when I had flight issues due to the airline. My only complaints are as follows; I wish there were no so many different numbers and random people that were used to communicate with me during my stay. This at times caused confusion for me in regards to not being sure who to contact for certain things as there so many hands involved. I have at least 6 different chats from the duration of my stay. On to my next complaint, it would be my communication with my sales coordinator prior to my arrival over the course of months, I had Fahad. I had communicated several times my wishes for other services with the clinic during my stay and I do not feel like I was receiving all the information or attention needed for me to get those services. I was interested in dental services which the clinic seemed to have no knowledge of upon my arrival and after my rhinoplasty surgery I inquired days later to make sure it would still be possible and couldn’t do so because they didn’t have availability and stated dental work is typically done before rhinoplasty. I also wanted lasik but when it came to getting me the information I needed and getting back to me with communication from the doctor I did not feel as comfortable going with clinichub for lasik eye surgery and instead went with another establishment in Istanbul a day before my rhinoplasty surgery. I also wanted my breast done and did not receive a lot of information or attention to that as I wanted to ideally have them done with my rhinoplasty as I have seen girls have done before. Now, I am having to take wait 4 months for the procedure due to anesthesia and health reasons. On top of having to make another trip to Istanbul if I still want to have it done in Turkey. This costed your clinic at least 3 additional services that I could have had done with you guys; lasik surgery, breast reduction and lift, and root canal and crown repair along with potential dental cosmetic work. Overall, I am pleased with my experience with clinichub and would recommend them to anyone I know because I did have a mainly good experience. In the future, I hope to have a more hands on and reassuring sales coordinator whom answered all my questions in full and provided me with the necessary information so that I could be fully satisfied with my experience. Thanks for taking great care of me during my recovery and I appreciate the entire staff (even my nurse in the hospital who was great at getting me pain meds and things I stated I needed). I appreciate their contribution to my experience.

Aug 24,2022Would thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to get plastic surgery done . My surgeon was Dr Onur Rakman who turned out to be a very kind and thorough Doctor,who discussed with me in detail what he was going to do .Along side my expectations I did not experience any post op bruising and .I am over moon with my results. The package included 2 nights in the hospital and 7 days in a 5star hotel with 24 hr nurses on call on call if needed . A very safe experience.

Aug 23,2022I travelled from the UK to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty with Clinic Hub. Overall the experience was excellent and I couldn't fault them. Initially I spoke to Tuncay, on of the sales reps, via whats app. She was great. She responded really quickly to my messages and arranged all the dates, hotel and transport for me. Drivers were arranged to take me between the airport, hospital and hotel in advance. When I arrived in Istanbul it was a little chaotic trying to find the driver as the airport was busy and there were other people trying to find their drivers. However, after I found him he took me to the hospital for bloods and then to the hotel. In Turkey I had two girls (Cagla and Sonila) keep in contact with me regularly about going to the hospital and what to take etc, and post-op there was a patient relations lady (Vilma) who made sure I was recovering well. The hotel that was arranged for me was the Sheraton, which was lovely and comfortable. The hospital was also clean and comfortable, and when I went back to the hotel a nurse and doctor visited me at the hotel daily which is amazing. I had my surgery with Dr Samil Sahin who was great. Made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns about my nose and took that into consideration. I am two week post-op and very happy with the results so far. Overall if you are considering clinichub I would definitely recommend using them.

Aug 22,2022I'm so glad that I chose clinichub and Dr.YOU. He made my nose so pretty and it's still swollen but it's already so beautiful. The staff is so nice 😭😍😍 Really so good. I have a panic disorder, scared of anything medical and they were so patient with me, Özge (nurse) even waited a little while with me and gave me the courage to take so many medications hahaha , Cagla , Özge (another Özge hahaha) and Sonila always answer my questions. One day I was really anxious, it was my second day, Alina gave me some company and calmed me down. They are all so kind❤️ The nurses, the doctors, the staff in general. I'm so grateful for everything ❤️ Everything went so smooth and I couldn't imagine it any other way. I also wanted to mention Tuba, she is the assistant you will first talk to. She always replys as soon as she can, always has an answer to every question, very kind❤️ Thank you Clinichub and thank you Dr.YOU ❤️❤️ Çok tesekürler ❤️

Aug 21,2022Please read careful As I got out surgery clinichubb the after care let’s 1st address that … there was no aftercare it was so scary knowing that nurses was laughing at your own pain didn’t want to help couldn’t be bothered to reassure you when your temperature was going up and down feeling like death I had two blood transfusion even that nurses all they kept repeating normal normal and never once’s checked on me I had to kept pressing the buzzer They gave wrong faja then asked me to pay £50 for a smaller faja gave me lose compression socks asked me to pay £15 for it When I did complain they said email it through I’m still waiting for apology they have so many staff at clinic Hubb not one person assigned to you so you have to keep explaining yourself when I woke up from surgery the nurse sexually assaulted me infront if three nurses all clinic Hubb had to say is someone will get back to you No one got back to me explaining what will happen next I complained to the dr he the only one who said he will personally take it on himself to make sure he finds who did this and put them on to a course ect I can NOT Fault the DR with the aftercarehe gave even while I’m back in London he stayed in touch dr bukan he is amazing and knows his stuff For him his a 10/10 !!! I can NOT fault him in anyway he didn’t rush or dismiss anything but clinic Hubb a mess they heavy prompting the aftercare which is none existing please if you do chose them make someone go with you as you be so unwell you won’t have the strength to argue or demand what your rightly entitled to within the package ! If you need to book with drs book them directly as clinic Hubb and there team didn’t even do the standard requirement which was needed. Just remember the moment you second guess and point out the faults clinic Hubb will ignore you to your face !!!! So be prepared because soon as my day of departure came I could not wait to get out of there and come home Never expected the level of care and supervision would be so POOR Clinic Hubb is money money pounds pounds. After they taken that what’s left as it’s already paid Heath is number one after care is so important because of recovery I was having a breakdown because I did not feel safe knowing the aftercare was poor

Aug 21,2022ClinicHub is simply the best. Honestly, they run a super tight and efficient ship and don't drop the ball on any single thing. In these kinds of scenarios, my review should probably be about the doctor and my surgery primarily but amazingly, every single person I had any form of contact with, from the person who first replied to my Instagram message, all the way to the co-ordinators, drivers, nurses and the doctors, are impeccable in their service. I had a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Emrah Çelik. Dr. Emrah is truly an artist... He's a kind man of very few words who allows his work to do the talking. One of my biggest concerns was that the alar base reconnection could look disconnected but to my absolute delight, he created continuity in the closing stitch and my nostrils look perfectly round and natural. I got a bridge and an alar base reduction and it all looks amazing so far. Today is day 8 since my surgery and I arrived back in London 2 days ago. My swelling has finally subsided to a level where I can now see the result, let out a massive sigh of relief, and say that I love my new nose. My nose is still a bit more upturned than I would like but looking at the progress in just 1 week, I am choosing to trust the process and believe that it'll rectify itself over the next few months of healing. I'm confident that when it heals, it'll be perfection. Thanks again to Dr. Emrah and all the staff - every single one of you. There are so many to name but a special shout out to Hülya who I did not end up meeting in person but whose kind messages kept me assured every step of the way.

Aug 20,2022i would say this is the best experience i ever had. Everything was well arranged from the moment I arrived istanbul to the moment i left. Everyone there were so friendly and helpful from the coordinators to the nurses at hospital. Even though i went alone I didn’t feel like i was, they always made sure that i feel safe and comfortable. A big thank you to Kseniia,Cagla,Sonila, and Selin who were so welcoming, kind and always available when I needed help. The hotel was well organised with great staff and service. A special thanks to dr.Yousef, he is one of the amazing professional surgeons. Im 2 weeks post op and I’m in love with my results , he did a really great job. I definitely recommend him, and clinic hub. Thank you Clinichub for this unforgettable journey 🌹 Raghad.

Aug 19,2022I would 100% recommend clinic hub. I have used them twice now and both times been completely satisfied. All the staff are caring and attentive. The nurses are amazing and see to your every need. The majority if them speak good english too. I have had both my surgeries with doctor dogus yalcin over the space of three years and both times he has given me excellent results. I am still currently in recovery from this surgery but so far so good. I would also like to thank the coordinators at clinic hun for helping me to arrange all this and make it possible from afar and especially Bilmar who was always present at my hotel and available to text or to see in person with any issue or just simply to see a smily face. The room I stayed in at the hospital was absolutely massive with two tvs two sofas a bed and private bathroom and the hotel room was amazing too! All the hotel staff are friendly and understanding of the fact you are recovering from a surgery. They all make good effort to speak to you in english. The nurses came to my hotel room every two hours to apply creams , change dressings and to check i was ok in general . From the bottom of my heart thank you clinic hub i put my trust in you guys for the second time around and you didnt let me down! I will continue to recommend you to friends and family!!

Dr Burak also done an absolute amazing job with my surgery I have never been happier, thankyou to everybody who was part of my journey through clinic hub, I would 100% recommend to go here for any sort of surgery.

Aug 19,2022I went to Turkey from California to get my rhinoplasty with Dr. Samil. I absolutely loved his work on instagram and spoke with a few of his clients who had nothing but good things to say about him. Let me tell you, this was the best experience I ever had. The clinic was so organized in picking us up, taking us where we needed to go and explaining everything. Dr. Samil, took one look at my nose and told me exactly what needed fixing. He also listened carefully to my needs and gave me exactly what I asked for. He was extremely professional and friendly which I appreciated. The entire staff, coordinators and nurses did everything they could to make me feel comfortable from before my surgery until the day I flew back. Not only that but my mother came with me for moral support and they went above and beyond for her as well like looking after her while I was in surgery by giving her food and a comfortable bed to rest on. Customer service is important for me and the hospitality was incredible. I was scared going to another country to do this but I am so happy I got my rhinoplasty at clinic hub with Dr. Samil, he is the best of the best! I had other issues with my nose that I did not even know about for example a deviated septum which he also fixed. My nose looks so natural and fits my face which is what I asked for. Also, I did not bruise, I only had mild swelling. I had no pain and my recovery is going smoothly! Overall 10/10 would recommend clinic hub and Dr. Samil! Aug 19,2022I had my surgery by Dr. Onur Akman. I was left very disappointed and aggravated as there was very little difference. He kept telling me its swelling but it’s been 4 months and you wouldn’t think I even had anything done. Complete waste of money. I highly suggest doing thorough research and going with a surgeon who performs BBL surgeries specifically. Not only was it a waste of money but also having to go through so much discomfort and pain and it wasn’t even worth it. The coordinator reached out asking me how I’m getting on and when I told her I was not satisfied, she didn’t respond at all after that. If you are choosing clinic hub,please go with a surgeon that has repeatedly done BBL’s. My mistake was going for this surgeon as there was a discount, now looking back I see why. Cheaper is not always best especially when it comes to surgery. Never again.

Aug 26,2022I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Emrah Celik. I am currently 2 weeks post op and I am happy with the result. My nose looks very natural even though it is still very swollen. I would definitely recommend Dr Emrah Celik for a rhinoplasty. I was originally planed on the 1st of August but the surgery had to be postponed to the 9th as they didnt receive the payment on time. I had to stay a week extra in Turkey in order to have my surgery. My patient coordinator Never told me that the payment needed to be done before the surgery. There was a real lack of communication on his part and this costed me financially. I really hope this part will be improved for the next patients. Other than that, I would like to thank Bahar, Vilma, Sonila and Cagla for their precious help during my recovery and Dr Emrah Celik for his amazing work.
