May 19,2023I have bought several products now, not only the washing liquid and fabric conditioner but also the AMAZING scent bags which make our wardrobes smell beautiful. The packaging if fab, the smell of the laundry products devine and they work. So happy to have found these products.

May 19,2023Love these products. They all smell amazing. I bought a range of the various clothes washing liquids and it feels good to be using eco products that also clean well. I am praying the spray to protect against moths does the trick. So far so good. To find an anti moth product does not stink of strong chemicals is such a relief. Nice packaging too and ultra fast delivery.

May 19,2023I have bought the liquid and powder detergents and rate them very highly. Plus I love the natural fragrance rather than the chemical smells of the big detergent producers. Their No 13 knitwear mist is also lovely to use and I would not be without it when storing my winter woolens.

May 19,2023I tried the samples sizes for the sports wash and cashmere wash - loved it so much I have invested in the large versions plus silk and spray. Everything has washed really well (I’ve used by hand and in the machine); all sprayed, smelling lovely and ready for putting away until next winter! That is once I’ve put the darning kit to good use!!

May 19,2023I found the anti moth bags so effective I signed up for a subscription so I refresh them every three months in my sweater drawers and boxes and although I still see moths in the house I haven’t had a single damaged garment since I started using them!

May 19,2023Have been buying laundry detergents from Clothes Doctor for a while now and they are amazing! They smell lovely with a smell that is not overpowering. And they clean my clothes well. Additionally, Clothes Doctor's customer service is excellent and whoever I have spoken to has always been really nice.

May 19,2023I have had a history with Clothes Doctor since buying initially. Looking at the reviews I remember I too had a long delay in delivery but when I enquired I had a swift reply and my order had just not cleared the website. I was a bit miffed to miss the offer which was time sensitive so tried other brands which I didn't like as much. I returned to buy ALL the washing products and a couple of others as it does a better job (albeit a little more expensive) than any other eco brand I have tried. I like Aluminium instead of plastic as it is energy efficient to recycle and keeps the product safe from my cat who knocks everything off! The conditioner is the only one I have ever been tempted to use and do launder sheets for guests with it as it smells lovely. In short, locally made gets me every time. Keep money washing round to stimulate The local economy which cannot live on tourism alone. I'd rather my money goes on holiday to Cornwall than the Caymans.

May 19,2023Ordered the No5 Eco Wash for Sportswear. With many outdoor pursuits sometimes the kit doesn’t smell quite as fresh once washed. This product has an amazing scent and cleaning power. Gone are the repeat wash cycles to eliminate lingering odours. Highly recommended. Product arrived packaged well, bottle intact/no dents. Everything fully recyclable which is important in our household.

May 19,2023I love these products - I swear the No 3 Eco Wash for Cashmere and Wool makes my jumpers look better than before the wash, with a lovely smell. Also the No 2 Eco Wash Signature Detergent, which cleans well at a low temperature, with no smell at all. All this AND Clothes Doctor are paying attention to the environment. Thank you.

May 06,2023Awful awful awful! Avoid their cashmere laundry products at all costs!! Two of my expensive wool sweater (worth £400!) shrink a lot after using your product! I used so many other brands such as the laundress, pure collection, etc. but none of them made my sweaters shrink. Would like compensation and refund!

May 04,2023Awful customer service! Moth spray bottle arrived dented and leaking. I emailed them and they replied I could buy a new spray for the bottle at my cost? Very very slow at responding to emails and no follow up when I said I didn’t want to buy a new spray for the bottle. It’s now going in the bin and won’t purchase from them again.

May 02,2023I am not impressed. Sent cashmere jumper with pre-agreed holes repairs by photos. Some holes were repaired by myself in a very very poor manner - Clothes Doctor's repair did not remove my repairs! Their repairs were good but they could have asked whether I wanted my repairs to be removed by them before sending a jumper back which still can't be worn in public. Poor aesthetic standards and/ or poor customer understanding/ service. Customer expectations should be managed better.
