May 19,2023I have used the Clothes Doctor for several alterations on fairly old items that I just didn't want to part with. They have always done a fantastic job & given me several years more wear. Better value than using my local drycleaner's repair service

May 19,2023I have been using Clothes Doctor for a few years now. They did an amazing job repairing an expensive down coat which had an unexplained rip close to the zip. I sent it off and the result was incredible. The cost was extremely competitive. They have also repaired. a golf jacket to a high standard. I also subscribe to a subscription box for moth control. This is so convenient as I was always forgetting to renew my moth control. Communication and delivery has been good , no problems. Thoroughly recommend.

May 19,2023The clothes doctor products are excellent. I use the silk and delicates wash for both silk blouses and also silk bedding. The smell is gorgeous and keeps moths etc away. I also use the cashmere and wool wash for my cashmere jumpers again the scent is wonderful. On my last order I had some dealings with customer services and they very helpful and efficient. I also have some of their scent bags which are also excellent.

May 19,2023I buy Clothes Doctor products regularly: the washing and conditioner. I buy the special products such as baby wash as occasional presents, much more practical than yet more "stuff" that people don't need. And the moth prevention products smell really good.

May 19,2023I thought moths were for Victorian novels but apparently not - and they love cashmere 😱fortunately ClothesDoctor came to my rescue and made invisible repairs so can can keep snuggling up in comfy sweaters - love the personal service and the high quality repair, helping my clothes live a longer life

I have used this service several times and will continue to do so in the future. As an added bonus and surprise I liked the careful attention to detail by returning the jumper with a small cedar block.

May 19,2023I have recently had my very expensive silk/cashmere socks repaired by the very talented team at the Clothes Doctor. They were beautifully darned so that the hole at the heel was pretty much invisible. The socks are now used has house socks. Clothes Doctor are my go-to clothes repair company.

May 19,2023Amazing wool wash! Clothes smell incredible, plus it deters moths. I had been using another brand of wool wash, and after using Clothes Doctor all the wool fibres were renewed and fluffy, and my jumpers looked like new again.

May 19,2023This is an efficient company, products arrive promptly and are of excellent quality. The moth kit smells great (although not to the moths!), and you don't mind smelling of them when wearing your moth hole free garments.

May 19,2023The fragranced moth sachets smell lovely and last well - no evidence of moths since. Offering a larger refill bag of the contents, so that I can refresh them rather than buying new, would be a good idea.

May 19,2023I've used several of their products and love them. I'd thoroughly recommend them, and love the aluminium recycled bottles. I've had no problem with delivery although my orders are never urgent. I admit they may be expensive for a family, but these days, we all know we wash clothes far too frequently. Wash less and with a good product which looks after your clothes! The cashmere is particularly good. The light scent is fantastic, people often mistake it for my perfume! Anybody whose jumpers have shrunk MUST have used the wrong temperature. I let mine soak and do a gentle handwash and rinse gently in the machine. It always comes out perfectly. It seems to have kept that "new" feel for a nice long time too.

May 19,2023Sent a cashmere jumper with a very large hole – the jumper is very old and worn but I simply love it and wanted the hole darned just to prevent it from tearing any further so I could wear it for warmth - I didn't think it was possible to rescue it aesthetically. I was very pleasantly surprised by the repair Clothes Doctor did – the repair was almost invisible so the jumper still looks good! Normally I'd try and do a job like this locally but the only place I can find in London that offers darning is eye-wateringly expensive so I was delighted to find Clothes Doctor. They also reduced a king sized duvet into a double and repaired the lining of a jacket - both well done. Found it easy to use the service - send some pics and get a quote via email, they send you a Collect+ label and you send off your parcel. Takes a couple weeks so not one for quick repairs - but if you can wait they do an excellent job.

May 19,2023I been using these products for over a year and they’re fantastic. My clothes are not just clean but are well cared for after washing too. I originally thought they were a bit pricey but they last forever and I save loads of money because my clothes last longer. My favourites are the cashmere care products. Effective, smell great and eco. I even bought some for my boss for her birthday and she loved them.
