Guitar components arrived quickly, well-packed with great emails prior so I exactly when they would arrive. Quality good of what I ordered - as described (or better) - so overall very pleased. Will definitely be ordering again soon....

Delivered on time was well packed and was as good as described . The only comment was that the print out for the electrics was very faded and hard to read

Good delivery time and quality electrical parts. The veneer looks to be a low standard A rated veneer with some marks with not much in the way of grain pattern. Not a show stopper, it just means more work is needed for finishing.

Guitar arrived promptly and in great condition. This is the second I’ve had and both are excellent. The quality is incredible. Will always use this company.

Great product, amazing service. Instructions needed an understanding of a bass guitar to assemble, but still very easy to follow. Had to tap third fret down with a peening hammer but no biggy. Will definitely do it again. :)

Very impressed so far with the relative quality of the guitar kit and the communication from the company with regards to checking details. The kit was delivered extremely promptly by courier.

The Service is truly exceptional, from order to delivery one day. The help I've had from Mark is excellent. Customer service 11 out of 10 the quality of the kit is second to none. if she let's me I'LL BE BACK for another in the future

Guitar arrived within 3 days. Excellent service. Great guitar ! I built myself one last month and am now building this for a friend who admired it. I ordered Kit, and couldn't find a delivery date, emailed the customer service and they got back to me straight away, When it was delivered, it was very well packaged and the standard of the kit was way above my expectations, I look forward to building it and ordering more!

All in All a great product. As expected the fret needed some work, and the hardware and electronics is not the highest quality (my pickup selector switch broke after one day), however it is expected at this price range. The wood is high quality and extremely well manufactured. The top is really great looking and it was easy to stain, there are still some machine marks at the sides, howevere these are taken care of with some sandpaper. The neckpocket fit quite well and the finished product is a beautiful, playable instrument. If you buy a kit guitar you expect to do some work yourself, therefore it is a really nice project.

Saw a great deal that was exactly what I wanted. Ordered it on the Saturday and got it on the Monday. Checked it over and was exactly as advertised. Even the neck fitted properly which, at this price, is great. Usually the neck fit is loose. Would highly recommend.
