I was impressed by the staff at Ipswich you kept me informed on tracking my item, it did get lost on the DHL van, but problem was quickly resolved. Couldn't fault their service. Unfortunately the dress was a size too big, so had to return it to Ipswich. But actually brought a back up outfit from your Lowestoft store in the sale! Got many compliments on the day! I will be ordering online again!
