My purchase went wrong at first so I called up, scared to miss the time limit for Christmas delivery and they were so helpful and made sure I got my parcel on time! They even searched the address I needed on the Royal Mail website for me when I’d had the wrong postcode for my relative’s house. Could be any happier with the delightful staff and lovely service they gave me when they really didn’t have to in the craziness of the Christmas period.
