Dec 04,2018The on-line team were absolutely wonderful - they helped me locate the right size coat, and despite some on- line purchasing difficulties on my side (the bank froze my card as I was trying to purchase the item from abroad) they worked with me patiently over 4 days to ensure I was able to purchase the item. Dec 03,2018I messed up my address due to an over enthusiastic auto fill on my browser. Coes immediately telephoned me to verify the correct address. In no time, my delivery was with me. The customer service was courteous and flawless and I would not hesitate to use them again. As it was Xmas presents I'm having to keep it a secret at the moment but I will be singing their praises to all once the festive season ceases.

Nov 17,2018No problem with price or delivery but was disappointed with sizing. Have bought the same item before in a different colour which fitted beautifully. This time it was a bit baggy around the chest. It would seem that the supplier had changed source.
