I use coinflip atm regularly and it is always a gamble if you get your withdrawals, the coinflip wallet is useless and doesn’t copy the amount when scanning the QR code, today a usdt has come up as error and left my wallet no answer from support and no call back, i work in the industry and it won’t take long for word to get around about the substandard service coinflip are serving up! The extreme fees they charge leaves no excuses for not having a polished service lift your game coinflip!

I used a coin flip atm at the same store 3 days in a row. Day 1 and 2 were successful but pricey. Day 3 (Thursday, Jan 23,2025) I inserted 6 $100 bills. The 7th 100$ Bill was rejected about 3 times. I went to exchange for another 100$ Bill and the atm timed out. No receipt-nothing. I called tech services after numerous 10 minute waits, I requested a call back. Spoke with Christian. He seemed helpful-2 days to investigate should hear something Friday or Saturday. They will need to do an audit. He confirmed there was some technical issues with the bill insert with rejected bill. I got an email with an email for discount code to use next time. I got a receipt- for 200$ not 600$. No response to follow up emails. Tomorrow is 3 weeks! You have my 400$. Very disgusted with customer service. Don’t use Coinflip atms if you are building your crypto portfolio. Shady!

Absolute garbage, over the last month have bought close to 2000 worth of xrp in multiple transactions, every time I did not receive my crypto had to call the company numerous times to get them to send the crypto. Been waiting almost 5 days for 50 bucks worth of xrp. Use an exchange fees are cheaper and there is nothing instant about them paying you
Bought XRP using an atm. I use xrp because it has a proven 27 second average send time. After an hour of my coins not showing up, I called them and they said it's a "glitch" in their system, and he would have to escalate the case. He said he doesn't know if anything will happen today though because it's Saturday and finance may not get to it today. They already steal so much of our money with ridiculous fees and then they HOLD DEPOSITS WAITING TO GET A BETTER PRICE TO BUY. WHAT A SCAMMMMM!

1/. Updated my iPhone to a iPhone16 in October and the CoinFlip app would no longer work at all - nothing - nada/dead. It took 2 months(!!!) and over 30(!!!) calls to still not get any resolution - not good enough. Even after 2 months of frustration they would never let me speak to an actual software 'tech' - only basic customer service on each call. 'Same ol' ongoing excuses on each call - "it’s been referred to our tech department and/or - I’ve just escalated your case to the highest priority". (It must have been escalated 20 times LOL!) Eventually I got 2 emails (week apart) from CoinFlip techs to contact them to resolve the issue (but contact them via CoinFlip Customer Service number) - but when I called Customer Service and explained and to redirect me - they refused to pass me on to the techs! In the end - after waiting 2 months for any help - I just ignored CoinFlips very firm and repeated advice ("JUST DO NOT DELETE THE APP!") - and I deleted the app anyways and reinstalled with the recovery codes. Worked again perfectly! WTF? The CoinFlip techs could not even work that out after 2 months? Seriously? 2/. Bought Solana crypto 4 days ago from a CoinFlip ATM - I'm STILL waiting for it to appear in my wallet! Customer Service said “the transaction has to be input manually and it’s approaching Christmas.” Manually? Seriously? What the heck is it still 1975? Update : 3/. Bought some Ripple XRP last week and again it took 4 days to appear in my account! 4/. The high fees/commissions with CoinFlip are just WAY too expensive for such poor service/help - I'm moving across to CoinSpot.

I would leave a negative review. But can't. They charged me $60 to send myself $210. Don't ever trust their atm or platform. Crooks. To whoever reads the reply from Coinflip. It said "service fee $3"

Feb 21,2025With a $9.00 service charge on a $35.00 Cash deposit at an ATM on 603 Broadway in Seattle WA .Which wouldn't be entirely absurd if the processing time was lighting quick. Deposit at 6:23pm it's 8:49pm and no transaction in my wallet. customer support is not reassuring either...stick with cash app and class action suits at least they settle.
