Jul 04,2022ALMOST ALL ADVICE & WORK WRONG OR NOT DONE, so many things, can’t explain it all. I HAD TO TAKE THE CASE AWAY & REPRESENT MYSELF. The 1st time I assessed my medical records he used, immediately I discovered he missed data had been withheld – essential evidence proving not only some of the negligence, WORSE, LIES ADDED coincidently & obviously only regarding the allegations. negligence. The evidence missed………advising, trying to make me agree to legal documents……all I explain here was done knowingly & deliberately due to the FACT HE KNEW HE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE medical notes for, another coincidence……..only relating to the allegations. For a solicitor to pay that little amount of attention failing to notice they were missing OR LIE – has to be one or the other, data adding to my evidence. When that itself breaks criminal laws unless withheld legally, which it wasn’t - LOOSE ME PROBABLY SEVERAL THOUSAND FROM INCORRECTLY ASSESSING & VALUING my whole case. MOST UNFAIR OF ALL & the reason for writing such a bad but honest review- ALL EVIDENCED & BY THEM, most in writing & refusing to put in writing, is the FACT – MOST PEOPLE WOULDN’T HAVE EVEN KNOWN. I have years of education, training & experience as a staff nurse, 20yrs education / knowledge in the psychology of behaviour & communication – HENCE I CAN SAY WHAT I DO & KNOW I’M CORRECT / ALL EVIDENCED. I have a fair amount of legal knowledge from handling & winning other serious negligence & misconduct cases, in & out of court myself. No solicitor at all, not so much as a word of legal advice. This WILL HAVE & WILL BE DONE TO OTHERS, POTENTIAL CLIENTS NEED TO KNOW THIS / BE WARNED. As soon as the solicitor gave his advice……..I explained & evidenced why advice was incorrect when applied to my situation & put in context BOTH MEDICALLY & LEGALLY it PROVED HIM WRONG & ME RIGHT…….HE KNEW I WAS RIGHT so refused to answer any questions about his own advice for 3 months & worse. I asked if anything I said was incorrect legally as well as other. SHOCKINGLY & DISGRACEFULLY knowing all advice & intending to still charge me for all this, on top of refusing to answer – explain how his advice & valuation were correct……I WAS TOLD TO SIGN A LEGAL DOCUMENT over & over the entire 3mths he refused to answer his own words to me, manipulated as his own words prove, (luckily trying to manipulate me, blame, lie in ordering me to do the wrong thing), JUST GAVE ME WRITTEN EVIDENCE for these things. ……..on top of the nearly 3yrs of evidence for all I explain here. The attempted manipulation – I only avoided due to extensive education, because done so blatantly & in writing proves confidence in doing to people. HENCE I SAY OTHERS WILL HAVE & WILL BE TREATED LIKE THIS.

All staff however were helpful and replied to queries quickly. Appreciate Difficult time due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Jun 29,2022Very pleased with Coles Miller in Broadstone. Michelle Vick handled my purchase of a property in a a diligent, professional and timely manner and kept me fully informed at all stages. Time was a critical factor and Michelle really shone in this area completing within the already tight timescale too - of ensuring the Sellers’ subsequent mortgage didn’t expire which might have scuppered the sale to me. She even got some extras for me which was a bonus, e.g. a service carried out on the boiler before. Plus it was nearly all done, bar the signatures, remotely due to Covid 19 restrictions. Heartily recommend Michelle Vick at Coles Miller in Broadstone for Property transactions.
