Oct 24,2022It was challenging in the beginning It was challenging in the beginning, I didn’t feel like the customer but the other way round, that I needed to work around their convenience. But later on it improved, especially when my kids and I had to drop off documents to their office and they met us personally. Communication was improved after that.

Oct 16,2022While I can't fault the knowledge and expertise of the solicitors I worked with, the quality of the service was sometimes below par. Some of the communications were simply unprofessional. The process dragged for over a year due to faults and mistakes made by both the solicitors and estate agents. I heard "We are doing everything we can" far too often to only learn that the 'everything' was not going in the right direction. I even took matters in my own hands and sped up getting answers that apparently had been chased for months - I got the outstanding answers in 72 hours. All in all, while I appreciate the assistance, I wouldn't use the property conveyancing /soliciting service of Coles Miller again. That should not reflect, however, on the overall quality of this company.

I was directed to David Simpson who deals with medical negligence claims who offered me their 'No win, no fee' service. Throughout the year I have been a client I could not have asked for better advice and professionalism. Their action has been prompt and their advice sound throughout. As a result my claim was successful due almost entirely to David's knowledge, sound advice and wise counsel. Thank you Coles Miller and David Simpson and his staff in particular. I cannot recommend Coles Miller highly enough.
