Nov 04,2021It took almost 6 months for this transfer to go through but that was nothing to do with your team. I was getting irritable at the questions being asked by the seller's solicitor on behalf of his client because I understand those to be the province of searches. In the end I think the buyer was delaying settlement until the last minute of the transfer fee concession available at that time. Your team handled my irritability very well and I think did what they could to get as early a settlement as possible. Without their calmness I may well have walked away from the sale. At the same time I sold and bought a house in Australia which effectively took 2 months in total.

Nov 04,2021Stuart Bradford of Coles Miller and his staff have achieved a very high standard in the handling of our wills and Powers of Attorney. We are impressed. The only criticism of Coles Miller is the Front Door reception procedure which is not adequate. In fact, it is totally unacceptable. Your clients coming to appointments are expected and should not be left outside In fear that no one will come to let them in. It is ridiculous behaviour.

Nov 03,2021Stuart Bradford - the Solicitor we used at Coles Miller was brilliant and we would thoroughly recommend him. He was clear and insightful, explaining everything so that we could understand it all with ease. Prices were extremely reasonable for the work undertaken. We would have given Coles Miller five stars if Stuart's administrative support team had been as exemplary as he was. They forgot various enclosures when communicating with us which we had to chase, and there were errors in the typing of letters / documents that could easily have been rectified if checked properly. We would use Stuart again!

Oct 27,2021I accompanied my Mother to the Poole office as she wanted to update her will. She was very happy with the way Stuart Bradford dealt with her and the quick turnaround. Stuart has a very pleasant manner and my Mother felt at ease. The first meeting was in the board room upstairs - my Mother did struggle with the stairs a bit as there is no lift. The second meeting for her to sign the will was able to be done in a downstairs office which my Mother appreciated.

Oct 22,2021My initial meeting with a paralegal was very helpful and encouraging. Subsequent communication with a solicitor was conducted by telephone, post and e-mail. At times this felt a bit impersonal as replies to queries were often delayed and questions not always answered fully. However, the end result was satisfactory, although this did take longer than I expected, but maybe I just misunderstand the legal process.
