This proved to be very sound advice, and from the initial introduction to Crispin Cormack (Serious Injury Paralegal) through to settlement I can not fault the service I received. Crispin was helpful, informative and easy to communicate with. As such he made the whole process easy to understand and manage. I would recommend him, and Coles Miller without hesitation.

Aug 20,2021I took legal advice re my Settlement Agreement. The solicitor was clear and concise in reviewing the agreement from a legal perspective. Neither of us agreed with the payment figures and the solicitor suggested how to make a counter offer which was later accepted. The advice and approachability was first rate and when I had a couple of questions this was no problem either. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt I could rely on the advice given.

She also gave guidance and explanation when required. I feel that if I needed a solicitor for anything in the future Coles Miller would be my first choice.
