A day after my order, Column Rads Uk phoned me personally to thank me for my order, and to notify me that one of the products was out of stock and would take longer to arrive if I still wished to proceed with the order. Not only was I impressed with their prompt personal communication, their delivery driver phoned me personally also, to confirm the delivery time on the day of delivery, 2 days later. Excellent communication excellent service, and the products bought are of high standard. Thank you. A pleasure to do business with.

I cannot praise column rads uk enough. Fast efficient website service. I bought two rads on a saturday afternoon online, and they were delivered on the following tuesday. Couldn't have been better. Complimentary phone call from the delivery driver reassured me it was on its way, allowing good time for me to make sure they could be received. I will not hesitate to recommend them again. And the rads look amazing (3 column Horizontal Revive) Thank you.

Only found out about column rads after I'd bought mine, and found they had a better range at great prices so bought some valves and stands from them. All items were delivered within a matter of days. No complaints.

radiators are amazing, look better than in pics, arrived in great time and the company kept me updated throughout. Great service and couldn't wish for more. It's a shame some of the larger companies don't value their customers in the same way. I'll be shopping here again

Arrived exactly when scheduled. Option to call driver on the day of delivery for a more accurate time slot useful. Needed to order small package a few days later and a text arrived offering me a local shop foe a delivery point which saved me waiting in.
