Really pleased with my purchase ordered radiator with valves driver forgot to give valves column rads rang driver back within 5 minutes.

The radiator was delivered as stated at 7:30 am and brought to the front door for me, a very happy driver with a good smile, The rad ? first class I don't think anybody could better the price or delivery, I will be ordering more rads in the future.

Ordered black nickel TRVs online Sunday afternoon dispatched almost immediately and arrived Tuesday, great service. Not had them fitted yet by my plumber so cannot yet comment on how they perform but they look superb against radiator finished in anthracite

No complaints about the company, product or service. The delivery man made a simple mistake but he dealt with it superbly. He delivered to a street next to mine, rather than my street. The mistake was compounded because he delivered to what he thought was my neighbour - on the wrong street! So it took a few minutes to work out what was going on. I then had to enlist the help of my neighbour to carry the radiators to my house (they're heavy). The delivery bloke was really good about it, kept in constant contact on the phone and was extremely apologetic. I'm going to order more radiators from them.

Can't rate the rad I bought as it's still boxed up but as a firm I'd say they are well organised and will dispatch their products quickly. Only little gripe is I ordered online and they sent me a a few confirmation emails etc which is reassuring but like most people I just skim read these types of emails on my phone and one of them was actually had the delivery date on it. They didn't try to call me to check if that day was ok for me or if someone would be in etc. it was by chance they tried to deliver early and I wasn't in. I got a call from the driver but it all got sorted and they braught it the following day. Anyway moral of the story...read your emails properly I guess.

I made some changes in between my order and Dan from the customer service called me to say that I will get a refund of the difference as it comes in a deal. I was not aware of this deal. He also gave me a refund on the double delivery charge that I paid by mistake. The delivery came on time the driver was a very nice man the money went out of my account on time and the refund came the following day. I cannot fault any parts of this service.
