Gracias Raúl....por todo lo que haces por mi.excelente trabajo. Y gracias a COMMUNITY TAX... Yo...les recomiendo está compañía, si tienen una deuda con IRS... MUCHAS GRACIAS..

Sep 21,2021I called Community Tax over a year ago, as I have taxes from 2019 and 2020 they are working on for me to resolve an issue. They set me up on a payment plan that I paid 500.00 down and 300.00 a month. They never stated they would not start working on my file till paid in full for one. Secondly my account has been paid now for about 6 months and I have still not seen any resolution on my tax returns. Meanwhile I am getting hit with interest everyday if I end up having to pay the IRS>>>> I have called numerous times and also called IRS, they state they have no record of anyone working on this file. This became very worrysome for me. I called my account rep, and he says the same thing to me not to worry IRS working on a resolution for them. Yet IRS does not recognize anyone communicating to them... I am a very concerned client. Laura Logan

Aug 28,2021Lo que más me gustó fue que me trataron con respeto, amabilidad y como un amigo. No trataron de forzarme, para nada fueron hostigosos siempre fue un respeto del que se me estuvo dando estoy satisfecho porque no se enfocaron sólo en mí sino en mi problema no estuvieron mirando si cuánto me podían sacar me dieron facilidades de pago Como mi problema fue mancomunado con mi esposa ella nunca los tiraron ella dio su conformidad para que yo hiciera las cosas ellos estuvieron de acuerdo por qué buscaron mi bienestar y el de mi esposa y no buscaron tanto el lucro se enfocaron más en ayudarme eso fue lo que más me encantó por mi parte yo recomiendo ampliamente y al 100% Community Tax

Aug 17,2021Hola a todos no soy ningún bot, no hacen ningún buen trabajo no te ayudan te piden los mismos papeles todos los meses y pase un año para que me puedan ayudar ahh y para cobrar por disque trabajo, trabajo que no hacen son muy buenos te cobran $$$$$ mucho dinero mejor me hubiera comunicado con el IRS directamente y me hubiera ahorrado más dinero, así que no lo recomiendo para nada 0 estrella háganme caso es mejor ir directo al IRS te ahorras más dinero…

Aug 15,2021Honestly, I don't have anything to compare this company to other than my failed attempts at negotiating with the IRS. That says a lot right there though. Community Tax obviously did something right to sway my decision to work with them. I regret having to pay anyone to help me deal with the IRS but that is our reality; you cannot work with them. They are steadfast in their pre-determined decisions and there is no swaying them. My interactions with the company were consistent. The staff were cordial and efficient. They did their parts then turned my case over to the lawyers who worked their magic with the IRS. The end result met my expectations going in vs. the manner in which the IRS proposed that I proceed. For that, I am grateful. Oh, my case worker left the company before my case was settled but another agent (Ryan Scott) jumped in and handled everything to my satisfaction. If you are looking for help with the IRS, you will have to get help. I recommend Community Tax as a reliable company to assist you.

Faye McMurray, my contact with Community Tax, has made my very tough encounter with the IRS into an experience not as scary as I imagined. Jul 24,2021A mi no me ayudaron se tardaron 1 año en mandar información al IRS Y nada más subieron más los intereses están muy desorganizados me cambiaron 3 veces con diferentes personas y cada vez que cambiaba de persona me volvían a pedir todos los documentos y por eso pasó un año y nada más hicieron que subieran 6000$ de intereses y hasta la fecha no me han hablado mejor hablen directo al IRS Yse ahorran lo que cobran community tax al principio todo muy profesional pero es para cobrar ya después ni toman tu llamada no recomiendo community tax
