Jun 11,2016We first contacted CTR in early 2009. We had not filed taxes since 2000 and we were scared to death about what might happen. I had lost my job of 22 years and embarked on a career in customer service at M&T Bank. We prayed about it .....terrified to face the repurcussions. We were led to CTR and they were literally lifesavers for us. They negotiated with the IRS and state of DE and we began filing every year beginning with the 2008 returns. AS LONG AS WE STAY COMPLIANT and file every year, we are fine. You have no idea of the kind of relief that brought to us. CTR prepares our tax returns every year and they are just absolutely awesome. Jun 11,2016The person who handled the offer in comprise missed the deadline and had to start all over again. Then somebody else took my case and it never settled or got the taxes reduced. I now owe over a $118,000 it started at $88,000. So the issue didn't go away it still exists. I have reached out to the person who contacted me and after 3 weeks they have made no attempt to return my calls or emails to discuss my case. They do not really seem interested in making things right. They did reach out to me. They will be monitoring my IRS acct for the next year to watch for any changes.

Jun 11,2016I love this Tax Service, before my wife passed we have gone through tax service who was not what they suppose to have been and they lied to us. I finally found a local tax service, they were good. But I had a BIG PROBLEM WITH THE IRS, and I couldn't solve them and I received a called from Community taxes one day and it was the Lord and it's been uphill every since. I would and I do recommend them to others. I have been working with George Perez and he been a blessing to me. I have talked to several others and all are very helpful. I feel like i met Gregg in person on the other day, who did my taxes this year he is a wonderful young man. COMMUNITY TAXES IS SECOND TO NONE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

Jun 10,2016I used Community Tax a few years ago and they helped me to not have my income garnished by the IRS. In order to pay them for their services, they even allowed me to pay them on an installment plan(payment plan). I highly recommend this company because they are very good at staying in contact with you during the entire 'tax process'. For example, I had two representatives from their offices in Dallas and Chicago that assisted me from start to finish. In my book, they are: The Tax People!

Apr 14,2016Community Tax put together an offer and compromise to the IRS, and I have saved over $37,000 dollars! I feel like my head is above water after so many years of dealing with the IRS. Although the process takes a while, it was well worth it!! I would recomend Community Tax to anyone having tax problems.

Apr 07,2016I had trouble with the IRS I couldn't sleep couldn't eat because I thought that they were coming after me and now with community tax service everything got clear I'm doing my taxes everything is complying. Now that everything's taken care of I can do things that I normally don't do like sleep at night knowing that I can have a life without any interruptions. I do recommend anyone who has trouble with the IRS to consider community tax one of the best that I experience and I'm going to keep it that way to keep myself out of trouble by complying with the IRS doing taxes everything intact.

Apr 07,2016I had a problem with the IRS regarding taxes owed for several years. Specifically speaking, I owed over $61,000 and needed help. Community Tax Relief was the best choice I could have made. This is an exceptional company in terms of tax knowledge, customer service, communication and results. Although it was a process extending almost two years, CTR was able to negotiate an Offer In Compromise for only $4,500! As of this review, I was told that my case was resolved with IRS , I have just not received anything in writing from Community Tax which is disappointing. Communication with Community Tax is not always good. I do not know exactly what happened with my case but I was told over phone it was resolved........just wish I would of received something in writing!!!! Pricey but they did all the work so it was worth wild .
