Jan 29,2025They call you day and night when they want to secure your business, but when I need to speak with a representative about their work, nobody responds to my emails. I paid a significant amount for them to file my taxes, yet I can’t even reach an IRS agent to check the status of my tax returns. All I received were forms with amounts I disagreed with, and despite my attempts to discuss several issues, my requests were ignored. Of course, they took the full amount they charged me and seemingly forgot about customer service. I would describe this business as very unprofessional, with zero regard for its customers. Lesson learned: I will never do business with people like this again for as long as I live.

Jan 21,2025Absolutely 1000% dissatisfied! I have made numerous calls after your company was unable to save me any money on my tax bill!! I expressed my frustration over and over! The only thing you did was add an additional $2000 to what I owed .....your fee!!!! You assured me that you could help before I made this arrangement and instead ....not only did you not a reduced amount but I am paying interest upon interest.

Dec 13,2024Using Community Tax was a great experience. They were helpful from the moment I reached out to them. They were organized, knowledgeable about the tax laws and always available if I had questions. I had several years of unfiled tax returns with taxes due and penalties on all of them. They do charge for each year filing and you pay for representation but they were able to break everything down for me, offer up solutions/options and give me peace of mind. Dec 03,2024They took my money and never did anything. I tried calling to find out what was going on several times and was told someone would call me back. Very unprofessional and does nothing but Luke collecting people's money and then ignoring them. Thanks for All the help I DID NOT RECEIVE. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was truly hoping I could get my 7,000 IRS debt taken care of ans felt good on thec1st call. I guess that was just to get my money because now of the month and a half dealing with these frauds I'm even more in debt.. Very misleading and undoubtedly con artist telling you what you want to hear.. Thanks again for Screwing me along with the IRS..

Nov 01,2024Nataly Moh and the team at Community tax did a great job for us and in a timely fashion. We owed 20K+ in back taxes. We checked online reviews of this company which were very positive and decided to use their services. We were not disappointed! The plan was laid out to us clearly and emailed questions and requests were responded to quickly. We are so relieved to have our tax situation resolved! Thank you so much!!

Nov 01,2024First, my taxes were done wrong, and then I could not get them corrected. Lots of calls and emails but no solution. They had to pay thousands of dollars, but their filing shows getting back thousands. Huge misatkes

Sep 28,2024Teri Pepitone Wilson along with the rest of the staff did a great job in assisting with my IRS tax debt. They were fast, knowledgeable and efficient in always following up with me and making sure they were able to resolve my issue. A little expensive but worth every penny. If you owe taxes and need a resolution, they are the company to hire.

Aug 13,2024I have to admit we were frustrated with the length of time it took to get the ball rolling but Once Teri Pepitone and her team got things moving we were happy with the results. As state tax agencies are very different from federal agencies and have less rules and regulations they have to follow it took a minute to get them to play nice. But Teri and team were persistent and got our payments in a range we could handle.

Aug 13,2024This I can say, the IRS is a disgusting organization that should be disbanded! They have caused me countless nights of stress because I paid my taxes, just not as much as they deemed I should pay. Community tax has greatly lessen my stress. Teri Pepitone works for Community Tax. She has made an unbearable situation with the IRS tolerable. She answers my questions and addresses my concerns. The IRS is still a horrific private unity posing as a government agencies, but Teri has kept them fair through our tax issues. That's all I can ask for.

Feb 12,2025While I have not yet received a final decision from the IRS, Community Tax has been wonderful providing support. My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and ended up in a nursing home. Along with this disease, my husband managed to provide information to a scammer resulting in my identity being stolen. Before I was forced to spend all savings and apply for Medicaid, I took a good paying job to cover assisted living. It turned out that most of that money was not tax deductible even though his medical team told me that he needed 24/7 care and could only move out of bed with the support of two individuals. It has been a great relief to have the support of Community Tax. Thanks to them my identity has been restored. I feel confident that Community Tax will fight for me in my hardship case.
