Aug 13,2020Brian, my last contact person, is great. If I left a voice mail, he returned my calls in a timely matter. He kept me up to date with my case and if he could not help, he found out the answers I needed. However, before him, I had a hard time getting anyone to answer and return my calls.

Jul 10,2020I had nick Carrera help me and he was completely unprofessional . Big chip on his shoulder . They lure you with a lot of terminology and confuse you to there connivence also tricked me into signing docs to run credit checks (hard inquires) after making it clear I didn’t want to apply for loans . There customer service dept is also just as bad ! I wish I could give zero stars . A lot of stuff they do you can do yourself it’s better to just get a CPA to help you . The reply is a Lie and Tommy who responded to this review was just as much of a jerk . I wish you were just as cordial over the phone as you are on this reply you made

While there has been expected turnover, Community Tax has provided continuity where it matters the most. Dennis McKinney, in particular, has gone out of his way to help set me in a good direction in various areas that might have otherwise been overwhelming to me. Mar 07,2020Please be aware that once you start paying for their service that don't return your calls and they only make payment arrangements with IRS they do not negotiate paying a lower amount. Keep your money you can call IRS directly and make your own payment arrangements. Also they offer you a discount rate the first day and if you don't accept that day you can forget. Very unprofessional was transferred to at least 3 different people we could have saved ourselves $2,700.00.
