Rebeca Rivera y su asistente Elizabeth Medina que en todo el proceso estuvieron muy al pendiente en manterme al tanto de cada paso dado por el IRS y tambien mantuvieron durante todo el proceso comunicacion con migo por lo tanto agradezco mucho al equipo que me asig- naron para representarme y no dudaria en recomendar a CTAX . Jan 05,2020Don't waste your money. They took our payment for their services 6 months ago. Promised to work with IRS to remove fees and penalties for error in our Turbo tax 2018 filling and now we owe IRS over 10k. They did none of this, won't return calls promptly and make promises they do not keep. Now IRS is sending us threating letters. We are not happy and wish we never called Community

Feb 21,2020Hired Community Tax to negotiate tax payment and prepare 2018 taxes. Turns out 2018 taxes was done wrong. I just received a tax bill for $8000 because the account Yolanda Murphy neglected to add my spouse’s income. What incompetence! Called in for a resolution but 48 hours later still no response. Customer rep even said call us back if you don’t get a response. I have a $8000 tax bill that is due in a few weeks but Community Tax does not seem to care.. Please stay away especially from Community Tax and Yolanda Murphy. She so probably not even an accountant.
