My initial experience with this service company was very good and I already referred someone to them. Steven Dean, the individual I worked with was very professional, low key, responsive, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I recommend you consider Concord for a used vehicle service plan as I did for a 2011 Range Rover Sport.

I recently purchased a warranty with concord; Jeff Brooks is my representative and did an excellent job. The final quote was significantly below other similar companies. Concord provides a no deductible plan with 24 hour emergency number. Unlike other extended warranty companies Jeff was professional and did not demand or threaten if i did not sign-up immediately. Jeff answered each question without hesitation . I am counting on Jeff to provide quality care for my vehicle should I require it; and have no doubt he and Concord will provide me what my vehicle needs.

We wanted to cancel our policy within a day of activating. I called the selling agent but could not get through to him. I finally emailed a request to be contacted and another agent called. He was very nice, very professional and took care of my request quickly.

I just purchased a used vehicle that was out of warranty, although it only had 30,000 on it. I was able to negotiate a fairly reasonable rate for a 66 month warranty or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first.) It was much cheaper ($600 less) than what the dealership had offered me for the same coverage, so it definitely pays to shop around. I had done some research online and had read good things about this company, which is why I decided to go with them. Purchasing a vehicle warranty for peace of mind was quick and easy. I will come back and write another review should I ever have the occasion to actually use the warranty.
