I switched to Connect Fibre at the end of July 24. Their service has been excellent from the installation to the internet connection on their system, it’s extremely fast & stable so obviously 100% improvement on any other broadband I’ve had to date.

Very Happy. Had the Connect Fibre installed about 3 weeks ago. Just one hiccup when we received a message that our installation scheduled for the next day had been cancelled but this turned out to be a misunderstanding and the installation was done on time. Our previous broadband was 32Mbps and we have the basic 150Mbps service with Connect Fibre. So far we have had excellent internet connection, no buffering, no dropouts and the tv connects almost immediately to internet when switching on, whereas we previously had to wait a bit longer before selecting iPlayer or Netflix for example. Also had a courtesy call from Connect Fibre after we had the service for a while, just to make sure everything was working ok. My view of our old provider is that they made every effort to avoid talking to you.

Easy to work with all the way through. Very neat job in laying the cable in our drive and in the internal connection. I went for the 1GB connection, and we get that at the router. I get 750Mbps downstairs from my phone/laptop, and with the mesh extender two floors up I still get 650 Mbps, although they tell me that's exceptionally good. Very pleased so far - just waiting for the phone to be switched over.

I just went out of contract with BT for TV/Internet/Phone. They used this as an opportunity to raise my monthly bill by 20% and as far as I recall did not tell me. So I firstly used comparison websites, and they confirmed that my area was now optical fibre ready. I also reached out on local social media to ask if anyone had had fibre installed and what was the process like. I had quite a few replies, but the feedback about ConnectFibre was very positive. TBH at that moment I had never heard of them. There was no feedback about any other companies. Only one other company has bothered to post flyers to inform that the village is fibre ready. So I phoned them up as a pre-sales call in order to understand the process. I got through immediately, which was significantly better than the 20 minute wait it took to get throught to BT. I was on the phone for some time with a support person called Haydn. I never felt rushed and he answered all my detailed questions. The next day I emailed them with a technical question about the hub. Today I got a callback from Haydn with answers to me questions. This rarely happens with big companies, so I took this as a positive sign. ConnectFibre had some tempting Black Friday offers, and I decided to take the HyperSonic package influenced by the information provided with regards to the WiFi strength, it being better with the Hypersonic hub. I asked to speak to Haydn, and he signed me up. My decision to go with ConnectFibre was heavily influenced by not only the positive local social media feedback but also by the impressive customer support provided by Haydn (who is OK with his name being given). Installation has not yet been scheduled and I will provide another TrustPilot review once this has taken place.

This service has been great so far, Good communication by answering all question asked. Yes customers do also get Black Friday deals, This makes the contract a bargain.

After a shaky start and a poor connection, things have settled down now, so much so that I have renewed my contract. Just like to add that all communications with Connect staff was very courteous and professional.

This would have been a one star review but all of the support staff are pleasant, UK based, available and appear helpful so they get an extra star. I have wasted days if not weeks often spending half a day at a time trying to get Connect Fibres rubbish dual band Mesh system to work. Endless emails and phone calls. It has taken 2 months for someone to offer us a tri-band mesh system to replace the dual band hubs which were unstable and quite frankly useless. It was only when I reminded CF of their guarentee and threatened to leave that they offered a system that worked. Judging by other customers experiences I suspect there are an awful lot of dual band systems that have failed or are unsuitable. CF need to up their game as they are letting customers down by knowingly providing poor and unsuitable equipment.

What can I say ! Jamie has been a gem , ringing my parents and contancting me via parents transfer , he's been so helpful, switchover on 26th November, don't think I'll need to redo this review, Jamie has really helped the transfer, for elderly ppl who don't understand he tried his best too help. Super fast, BUT, speed is nothing without connectivity. My problem appears to have been sorted now. Old houses with very thick told walls can present problems.
