Oct 26,2024I have decided to move to connect fibre as my currently broadband is only 40mbps and so I contacted them by phone, I spoke to Awais who was very helpful and walked me through the options clearly explaining everything without being pushy. The experience was excellent throughout and I’ll be using them going forward. 5 ⭐️ Highly recommend

Oct 26,20241star is been polite Iv had connection issues for months since I joined Iv spoken to members of there team that many time I know them by name. Not once has an engineer been sent out and my internet just disconnects constantly. I speak to same 3 people over again with no resolution. I’ll be terminating my contract with them and setting up a new one with someone else.

We was the first in our village when they installed connect fibre and I have constantly recommend them..you get a true speed for.whatnyou pay for and in the 2 years we hab3 had them we have had 3 outages which lasted minutes. Great company great customer service and response

Had followup call from Kate making sure all was OK broadband speed insane and no drop out, customer service you actually speak to people not bots Would highly recommend.

Oct 23,2024Broadband fine but TV absolute rubbish, need a million passwords and QR codes and even then it’s pot luck if it works. Connect fibre contacted me regarding this issue and have cancelled my TV subscription and refunded my charges. In all other respects they have been helpful, polite and efficient it’s a shame the TV let them down.
