Generally the service has been solid, with the speed consistent. I had an issue with NAT type, but honestly I raised a question through support and it was picked up, identified and resolved within 24 hours, so it's a fantastic experience for me! Would absolutely recommend based on the service I've had. Thank you!

Oct 08,2024We had to change our installation date which was no problem but something went wrong with the times but after a phone call from Daniel and Conor they waited for us to arrive home and talked through everything about the installation and where we would like things put really helpful guys and we are pleased with the job only got installed yesterday hopefully it works as well as the very helpful service we’ve had so far from the whole team

Oct 08,2024Cannot fault Connect fibre, coming from BT and as a previous Virgin customer I got to say CF are a pleasure to deal with. Had a couple of dropouts which seems to get fixed in minutes. Just had an issue with my router which they replaced with no quibbles. Very happy I made the switch.

We normally dread workmen coming to the property but I can honestly say he was a pleasure to have in our home. The fibre is working well so far (it has been in almost a week now) and the phone line has just changed over. Thank you to fibre connect for finally getting us decent speeds!
