Had connect Fibre installed today. Sadly the router was showing up with a red dot and wouldn't work. I decided to ring yourself after unplugging everything and resetting it. Jordan answered the line being upmost professional and overall a nice lad having a laugh whilst also sorting out the problem in 10 Minuets even going through the length of attempting to get a engineer to my house 10 Minuets before they finished. Jordan is a huge asset to your team and needs recognition
Installation of fibre broadband this morning by Alex. Arrived when expected, listened to the preferred installation locations (not the easiest, as an old stone cottage). Explained the pro's and the con's of the various options. We agreed on the locations of the box and router. All installed as agreed and he explained all of the steps as he went, also answering my various engineering questions. All left tidy too.
Issue raised on the call, resolved on the call.
Took my bank details to set up the direct debit and then never actually set up the service - absolute scam. Please avoid this company. Luckily I can cancel the direct debit and will be reporting as fraud.
Friendly, helpful and efficient installation by Adon. Very good follow up from Adam later in the day. He went out of his way to make sure all devices could connect to the internet.
At first i was impressed with this company. Installation guys were very nice and got the job done quickly even though they were faced with lots of ‘red tape’. They showed me how to use the app and explained everything thoroughly. They did leave a bit of mess outside but nothing that couldn’t be tidied up quickly. Appliances that are plugged in by Ethernet cable work brilliantly and the download and upload speed is incredible! However for anything that requires wifi the connection is shocking! The ‘box’ is located in the centre of a standard house on the second floor, so one would think the signal should reach every corner of the house. The bedroom TV which is roughly 6-7 metres away from the box has intermittent connection which I fight with on a daily basis. I also cannot get a stable connection on my phone from my bed which is about 3-4 metres away from the box. I have used 35GB of data this month on my phone, instead of my average 5GB a month. Previously most TV’s and laptops would have been wifi but we have now had to use Ethernet to get a stable connection. I have tried calling multiple times, have spoken to some lovely employees who genuinely try to help but spoken to others who haven’t got a clue about how their own system works! Every time we get told the same thing ‘try switching it off for 15 minutes then turn it back on’. I get promised a follow up call which never seems to happen, what do I have to do to get a resolution! I wish I had stayed with BT, yes their download speed wasn’t as good but I would happily wait a couple of extra seconds if needs be if meant I could get a stable connection.
the chap that did the install was very friendly and thorough making sure i knew exactly what was happening. he checked that all was well with my internet before he left and left the place nice and tidy
Got to give 5 stars to all I have dealt with at connect fibre. The 2 engineers who did my installation were fantastic. Ged and Moesha couldn’t do enough for me. I have a disability and they were clean, courteous, respectful and so patient when explaining everything to me. Then I had a follow up phone call the day later with Lottie who was also fantastic. So all in all I would recommend connect fibre to all 100%. Thankyou all.

So when I've been playing my PS5 I've been having issues with getting NAT Type 3 and have been restricted on what I can do. So I got in contact with Steph on Webchat And she was brilliant with giving me step by step help on what she can do to resolve. I couldn't resolve this but then Steph escalated my issue over to Daniel in tec tier 2. He called me and took me though step by step on what I needed to do to get my Nat type issue. Thank you so much to Steph and Daniel you have both been brilliant today.

We had a guy called James knock on our door, with current problems with Virgin who left us without broadband for 5days and aren't willing to compensate us for the loss,lots of broken promises from them, we was happy to speak to him to see what offers there were. Got the deal done within half hr 45mins along with a lovely chat, so far so good and a happy customer so far looking forward to going live on 11th September.
So far so good only small problem setting my landline up as twice a representative tried to call me on my mobile but just didn’t connect not sure if it was my end or not as I received a call around the same time from a friend and a young lady did connect with me later that day when I was in a different area. Anyway all good in the end as I managed to fathom it out and connect it myself.
Fantastic service. Install date was only a three weeks from ordering. Engineers discussed where install was most suitable and beneficial for my property and needs. Very tidy and thorough workmanship. We now have extremely fast speeds at a brilliant price compared to competitors. One very satisfied customer from Hockley.

Terrible decision to go with this company. Found numerous reason why they couldn’t instal on their first visit, then failed to turn up without informing us. The next visit I was promised it would be installed without fail. Again found numerous problems and left. Received a call later talking me if I wanted an underground connection I would need to dig a trench at my own expense as they couldn’t use the existing duct. Cancelled the contract and ordered a Vodafone connection. They arrived on the agreed day and time installed the new fibre in the existing duct had everything connected up and running in an hour and a half. If Connect Fibre treat potential customer like they treated me what would happen if after connecting you had a problem - don’t want to think about that. Stay away from these cowboys at all costs.
Way way faster then our last Internet
I note no improvement in service or signal even though the numbers say there is. I have spent £120 calling out a home entertainment company to reconnect equipment which still doesn’t work properly. I have less signal at the rear of the house. Currently working with the technical team who are very professional, the service is getting better. I am hoping for a good outcome.
