What a company, delivered what they have promised and definitely it was worth waiting for from October till July the 6th. Falon Bray turned up on time and installed my Hypersonic 1000 Mbps, pumping 940 Mbps to my super-smart router which what they guaranteed, do I need more than that No, but I have an existing problem with my 80 inch Samsung 1 yr old smart tv as the network card does not take more than 200 Mbps wirelessly connected so it is taken between 180 to 199 Mbps at present and Netflix does not buffer and looks quite fast, My Sky Q box connected via Ethernet cable and only taken up to 180 Mbps plus Netflix buffering occasionally 🤪 I am thinking it is to do with the box’s network card too. But our iPhones and laptops are running at between 620 mbps and 720 mbps which is more than enough. The guy they sent was prompt polite and helpful and understanding. I was very particular how I wanted the installation to be carried out (having been an electrician for 50 years I wasn't going to have cables untidy) so we worked together to achieve a job I was very happy with. In conclusion a good job carried out by an engineer who cared.
Everything went very smoothly. Engineer was on time , polite and very knowledgeable. The Internet speed is everything they said. Very pleased

The 2-man installation team from Connect Fibre worked quickly, efficiently and showed respect / care for my property. The CF Internet service is blazingly fast… yet much cheaper than my previous supplier. The new WiFi 6 Router, supplied by CF, offers the very latest technology. It delivers a fast Internet service out to my garden, and even into my garage (which will be useful for Over-the-Air updates to my car). Based upon my experience, I can recommend Connect Fibre to anyone who resides in an area that they serve.
We’ve signed up but are still not connected. We understand the reason but after promising to get back with an update either that day or the day after nobody did so we still have no clue as to when we are likely to get connected.

I've previously left a 5 star review. But after a month of issues I can't in good conscience recommend CF any more. We have reported repeatedly that we've had connection issues, losing internet multiple times a day affecting working from home. This is after our first router stopped working entirely and was replaced by them. Promised phone calls don't happen. And we are getting no where. Again today we've lost connection and I've had to call my boss to explain why I'm not able to work. The next steps will be to the communication ombudsman.
Friendly service during the sales stage and installation was really smooth and technician explained everything in detail. Internet speed has been fantastic too
Got a date for my FTTP connection,the engineer arrived early and did a great job routing all the cables round the property to fit in my existing setup. Taylor was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working ok before he left. Thanks, I'm really happy with the speed.
We are new to the company. It didn't start well. On the day of 'planned maintenance', the internet was supposed to be off from 1am and to return at 6am. We were without for nearly 3 days. But Janusz, Sarah, Katie and Lottie, went that extra mile to get it sorted. We then had an ongoing 'dropout' problem, and Janusz, was trying every day for the best part of 3 weeks to sort it, and eventually succeeded, after refusing to give up. Every new company has teething problems to start with, and CF are no exception, but this is BY FAR the most courteous, caring, professional CS team we have ever encountered. Thank you guys, we will not forget your efforts.
Customer service was excellent Sam and his manager Ace were very good and happy to help and answers my emails and calls very quickly .
Installation was efficient. The system was set up without any issues and is working very well. Speed is great. Even on wifi I'm getting 800Mbs near the main router.
