Took about 7 months for the service to be installed, but it’s been fantastic since we have had it. The engineer went the extra mile to make sure cabling was hidden and position the boxes where we wanted them. It’s all working fantastic. CF have also been in touch to see how installation went and also have asked me to book in a wifi test. CF couldn’t have done any more to make the experience better. Well done CF, im delighted to get away from BT.

I have just had the civil works team provide the ductwork from the foot way box to my house. The two guys worked really hard on a very hot day and couldn’t have been more helpful and polite I hope my comments get back to their boss. Looking forward to the install at CM3 5YX. No other provider could give me more than 1 Mbps uplink speed.

Excellent service and engineer who came out to do installation was friendly and did a fantastic neat job of both wiring and fitting of the modem and router. He performed a thorough check of the speeds in each room and although we excellent coverage in most of the rooms - one bedroom was low coverage so he suggested the mesh which I had wanted anyway and once mesh was fitted, the speed increased greatly to match the others! I now have unbelievable speeds! Tv modem was also fitted and the engineer went through it all with me. Fantastic service and my family are all very happy!

Was initially contacted by Lawrence (don’t know his surname) who was very pleasant, presentable and explained who connect fibre were and how they were in the area which was now live for full fibre. He left me all the info but it took me a while to decide to go with them instead of Sky. As soon as I decided I was given a date to install. They were bang on time and took them approximately 90 minutes to install. So far I have had no problems whatsoever and they have kept to all that Lawrence had told me. Pretty impressed. Just add that the price is very competitive.

The engineer turned up on time, was very friendly and explained how everything worked. He left my property in the same state it was before he arrived. He waited for the service to start working and it has worked perfectly since.

If you wish to respond to this review please provide details of why you are ignoring and simply not replying to emails that have been sent to your customer service team and CEO. Continually provided revised estimates of when I can expect Connect Fibre to be live only for 8 months later of waiting to be told there is some unspecified problem and simply ignored. I've attempted to engage constructively with the company to understand the issue they are facing with my street and see if there is any opportunity to work together to resolve them but the company seems to have chosen to not engage at all or even provide the courtesy of a response. 26nd of August 2023 - Received an email with the following "We have amazing news - we are finishing plans for *my address* and we expect it to be part of our hyperfast full fibre broadband network, November 2023!" 5th of September 2023 - I received a flier through the door saying Connect Fibre is coming to me. 22nd of December 2023 - Received another email saying ""We are finishing plans for *my address* and we expect it to be part of our hyperfast full fibre broadband network, February 2024!"" 19th of March 2024 - Darinder responds to my email stating he'll request a new ETA. 25th of April 2024 - Claire responds to my follow up stating there is an issue with my street saying they are unable to connect. 25th of April 2024 - I sent a reply for further information about the problem which is ignored with no reply. 13th of May 2024 - Send another follow up email which is again ignored with no reply. 6th of June 2024 - Email sent to CEO Stefan Stanislawski is ignored with no reply. 18th of June 2024 - Another follow up email sent which is also ignored with no reply.

Internet supply down for multiple customers there is no known fix and no time scale can be given. If you are one of those unfortunate customers like me you’ll have just wait and see. Totally unacceptable.

The installer turned up on time, was extremely careful with his work, made absolutely no mess at all and generally very helpful. Connect Fibre were in touch a few times in the days around the installation to make sure everything was OK. I don't need IT help so I declined the offer of a phone call to go through final optimisation steps. Where I had questions they were answered promptly. The speed of the connection slightly exceeded expectations and has been solid since installation.

Everyone I spoke to leading up to and during the install was accommodating and friendly. They wanted to do a good job and they have done. Installation was timely and professional. The service is live, running without issue and at the advertised speeds. Would happily recommend this ISP.

The nice lads installing the cable made a very neat job inside and out, they ran the wire down behind a drainpipe so it isn’t seen (and they were careful not to trample the wife’s flowers). I had been worried that I might lose my landline number which I’ve had for 40 years, but the changeover went smoothly on the appointed day with the number moved and no loss of service. Kept informed throughout by friendly staff, so overall a faultless performance by everyone at Connect, and a stress-free experience for me.

Ace was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was happy to answer positively, several e-mails which I sent every day or so with various sometimes repeated question topics.

Great customer service but the WiFi is cutting out every 20 to 25 mins when streaming on the tv or phone so only being able to use it for cameras at moment and has been like it since 20 mins after installation the problem was escalated to technical and was resolved yesterday and I am now highly satisfied

The chaps doing the install (Chris, Nicky, Joe) did a really nice neat job, were friendly, professional and helpful - they ran through the planned install route with me before hand, discussing a couple of options; then once install was done and they were tidying up, gave me a quick intro to the router's app. I've had a couple of conversations with Connect Fibre support in the run up to the install (as my address is a little tricky) and they were quick to respond and really helpful too. To top it all off, the connectivity is great, with high speeds, low latency and a truly fixed price!

I was reluctant to change but when I asked a series of question, Connect answered them all and I agreed to go forward. Everything has been made very easy and the team are all very helpful and friendly. Installation due shortly and I have every confidence that it will go with a minimum of disruption. Great start.
